We originally met with LD in 2020. After we designed our first 2 story plan, our needs changed. So a few short weeks later we teamed up once again with LD, and set out to design a different 2 story floor plan. They were very patient with the process and our final design was wonderful. We were delighted to start as they were prompt and ready to excerise their professional and quality workmanship on our home. From the oversized kitchen, to the large master suite, to the HUGE lofted main living area, everything came together as we had expected and as we were promised. LD really delivered. They, to this day, are great friends that are ready and able to assist me anytime, and not just as a contractor.

We recently moved into our new LD Builds home. We wish we could give more than five stars to this company! From the design phase to the completion it was a pleasure to work with them. I am in a wheelchair and they designed custom modifications throughout the kitchen, bathrooms, and doorways that allow me to enjoy baking/cooking and overall living while providing a beautiful home with custom cabinets and features that anyone could appreciate. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and you could tell the foremost concern for them was our desires and wants for this home. It was a little bit like being part of The Princess Bride movie as they figuratively would say, “as you wish” when we had an idea or a change. Their attitude was always pleasant and professional. Yet, by the end of the process we considered them friends. We have absolutely no regrets in having them build this wonderful, well built home!

We learned of LD from an acquaintance of ours and hired them to build a larger two story barn home in the Summer of 2018. We brought our own plans and they worked with those drawings to build our home. LD agreed that our idea for the placement of the house on our lot was the best place :). The process was great and everything was on time and on budget. The few warranty items that have popped up, which were minor, have been taken care of, with priority. They developed our build site and have been invited back for additional work to our property. Good folks to work with.

In 2018, after viewing completed builds, as well as touring various builds in progress, our Family selected LD to build our home. From the beginning, LD was VERY concise, especially in the design phase, no details were missed, and the value engineering they emphasised, allowed us to proceed within the budget we had in mind. Our wants and needs were brought to life, to the level we had expected in a high six figure project. LD's performance, from commencement to completion, was second to none. Constant communication was essential, and well received, if not encouraged. Changes, modifications, and additions on our part, mid stream in fact, were quickly implemented, seamlessly. Our home inspector went so far as to state "this is one of the best built homes I've ever seen". Their professionalism is a remarkable asset and we are grateful for having contracted them to develop our dream home/property.

We built our first home with Chris and Darcy in Aug 2022-Feb 2023 they did a beautiful job and we couldn’t be more grateful. They listened to our needs and wants and answered every question we had throughout the process while keeping our budget in mind.some of our favorite parts of the house is our large quarts kitchen island to entertain guests, our walk in pantry and our custom built Boot Row in our closet. The best part about the experience we had is that Chris is there nearly every day and is very hands on and honest. Not only did we like working with them we also feel like we formed a friendship. If you want the worst workmanship, poorest, rudest customer service, crooked thieves building your home, LD should be your choice! Stole our garage doors and masonry, leaks everywhere, failed a professional home inspection miserably (i.e. plumbing, framing and foundation). Seriously RIPPED US OFF! They should be in prison!
