Our heat went out over the weekend. We called Adams Air and we were contacted back very quickly. The owner Adam arrived and diagnosed the problem very fast and even brought us space heaters till he could get the part we needed on Monday. We noticed our A/C was blowing warm air around 945pm. My wife called Adam's around 10pm thinking we would just get an appointment or a call back for the next morning. She got the answering service and was told we should be getting a call from a tech within 30 minutes. About a minute later Max called and said he would come out right then. Not only was he there within 30 minutes, he got it fixed and working within about an hour. We expected the service fee to be high since it was after hours but it was the normal $75 fee. Adam's Air has been the easiest and friendliest company to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I noticed yesterday the floor boards were warped in front of my Heat/AC unit. I opened up the door and noticed water everywhere! I turned the AC up to 80 and called my Landlord (we are renting to own) I told him about the reviews I saw online about your company and he called. This afternoon, our call was moved up from 4 to 2p and Max showed up and got us up and running quickly. He was very kind and knowledgeable and fixed it in about 15 minutes. I’m so happy with my experience I could cry. We called out another company (won’t saw who) but it was not a good experience and the price quoted was astronomical. I called out Adams for a second opinion because I remembered we had a pleasant experience last august. Max came out next day and was so so nice from the minute we spoke. He was so wonderful at explaining things and giving me all my options. You could tell he knew it was an unexpected expense for us and didn’t want to overcharge us for anything we may not need right away. They were prompt and came out and got the job done quickly. Very satisfied with the work that was done. It’s such a relief knowing there are good local companies and people out there like them. Using them from here on out for any HVAC needs.

Capacitor went out on 5 year old unit, Adams installed and was told I had to wait 8 days before someone could look at it this equipment was installed by Adams and is under warranty Adams needs to fix this now and stand behind their work !!!!Yeah I bet your family isn’t stuck in the heat until the 12th????

These guys are amazing. Ancient HVAC system went out on Friday. Called on Monday, they were ready to go on Tuesday. A blizzard hit and they still tried to get to us and gut stuck on our dirt road. Wed they were back and got the whole system installed same day. They cleaned up everything and even hauled our old system away. Everyone was on the job, and on task the whole time. We have used Adam's Air 3 times in the past month and they have been excellent every time. They are courteous, competent and always get us scheduled very quickly. If it's not same day service, it's the next day. While fixing one issue, they pointed out another issue we weren't even aware of and saved us another service call. The friendly, efficient and professional folks at Adam's Air did a great job of installing our new A/C system in 2015. We had them back in 2017 to install an in-line humidifier - another job well done. Today they were back to inspect our heat and humidifier systems, and the two young men were so polite and helpful. Had to have my AC replaced as it completely died. I called my home warranty on Tuesday. Adam's air sent a technician out that afternoon and by Friday my AC unit was replaced. Can not say enough about how impressed I am at their cleanliness, timeliness, and professionalism. Would recommend them 10/10 to anyone I know.

We called Adams Air for a second opinion after another company said that our unit was low on freon and couldn't diagnose where the leak was coming from. We called that Friday and made an appointment the following Wednesday (understandable as its the beginning of Summer.) Wednesday we were greeted by Alex and he went straight to our indoor unit and found it frozen over. We powered down the unit and let it thaw. He came back later the same day and did maintenance/cleaning on our unit. He found no issues with the unit but found a clogged coil. We just bought this home and it apears that our unit was never serviced prior. It's no wonder the other company couldn't tell me where the leak was. There was no leak! I wish I would have just called these guys first. Thank you Alex and Adams Air. My heater quit working on super cold night of course. Called Adam's Air before 6am and someone quickly called me back. Aaron and Zach came out early and were very professional and quickly had my heater working. They explained everything and didn't have me guessing on what I had to do. I have used Adam's Air a couple times now and every experience with them has been good. One thing I appreciate about them is that they are honest. If it needs replaced, they tell me but if it can be repaired, they are honest about that too. Too many companies out there trying to push new installs because that's what brings in the money but they guys at Adam's seem to want to earn my return business and my referrals.

Called late Friday evening when my A/C stopped working. Max returned my call a few minutes later and made an appointment for Saturday, called first and then showed up an hour early on Saturday. Aaron was the tech that came to my house on New Year's Day because my heater shut off completely. The weather was in the 30's and we were freezing! When Aaron arrived he asked my husband and I some basic questions to start the troubleshooting of why my heater would completely shut itself off. He then asked how to access our attic so he would be able to see more of what might be going on. Long story short he was able to figure out the issue and had our heater back on in no time! When he was explaining everything to us he used simple easy terms to where we were able to understand the issue! Most definitely would recommend these guys to all my friends & family. They replaced my heating/air conditioner unit a little over a year ago. The guys working on it were nice but we have had nothing but problems since. They have been here twice to fix stuff, now the fan wont stop running and I'm out of my yearly warranty. So I have to pay them to fix something that shouldn't have any problems for at least a few years and we are good about maintenance. I'm still paying on it, its very frustrating. Adam's Air has been out HVAC service provider of choice since moving to Amarillo. Last night, they reminded us why. Around 7pm on a Wednesday night, and the start of a 10 day 100+ forecast, we notice out house not cooling. Having a newborn in the house, we quickly called hoping to join a waiting list for the next day and only suffer through one night. Max quickly returned our call and said he was on another call but could maybe make it out by was 10pm. Max arrived by 9, quickly identified the part needing replacing and was out the door, of our cooling house, in 15 minutes. Max was our hero. Would highly recommend and will use again.

I am actually employed here. Adam's Air is the best work environment that I've ever been in. Adam treats us with respect and dignity and would literally bend backwards for us. I believe that he goes above and beyond for our customers as well by supplying great equipment at fair prices. He shows up before or during the installations of the equipment, schedule permitting of course, to speak with the home owners and makes sure each of us is properly situated as we progress through the day. I enjoy what I do now to say the least.
