Amazing work and customer service!!! Tim at BlueRidge is amazing for what he did. First off, I called and got a free quote last year, but due to certain circumstances I wasn’t able to move forward with the project. A year later, no questions asked, he drove back out sixty miles one way from Amarillo to give us another quote. He came and checked on the project multiple times during the process. They did a complete roof replacement on my 120 year-old home. They were open and honest with me from the start that it would not be an easy job. But just four days, and they had this project done. The crew was professional, courteous, and worked hard from sun up to sun down. They cleaned every piece of material that came off the house. Then rolled the yard multiple times to get as many nails as they could. Kyler and his folks roofed our house last week and we are extremely pleased with their work. They arrived early and stayed until they finished both the asphalt and metal roofs. We are very pleased with not only their work, but their price was very well priced. One employee was picking up the old roofing materials and picking up nails and trash all day. When they wrapped up the new roof, they went around doing more picking and cleaning up. We highly recommend them if you are in need of a new roof.

We have had a leak in our sunroom for about 4 years every time it rains or snows. We have called approximately 4-5 roofing companies over the years to inspect the roof to find the leak. Every company that actually did show up stated the roof was in good condition. Actually had an another company look at the roof last month. They stated they thought they knew where it was coming from and would get back to us. They never did. Good thing, because where they thought it was coming from was not the actual leak area.Finally contacted Blue Ridge and spoke with Kyler. He kept in contact until our schedules lined up and he could come look at the roof. He was THE ONLY ROOFER who did a water test to pinpoint the actual leak and not just look at the roof or give us a guess where the leak was. It was a simple fix. It did not matter to them that it was a simple fix. He approached the problem with the same regard as if it was a bigger, more expensive job.If the other roofing companies had actually attempted to find the leak we would not have ended up with a destroyed ceiling area in the sunroom. Tim Reed was very professional and done a great job coordinating with my insurance adjuster to get my roof replaced after it was hailed out. The roofers were fast and got the tear off and replacement done in one day, easy. Tim finished the job by making sure all was clean around the outside of the house when the job was done. Chelsea was great as well, to keep me informed when they would be coming to replace my roof and make sure I had my vehicles out of the garage so we could use them the day the work took place, and my animals secured. Tim came out when adjuster got there and identified all damage to property, not just the roof. He took care of everything so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Kelcie got in contact with me and kept me informed on when materials and crew would be there to tear off old roof and replace.
