I am so impressed with the integrity, honesty and quality of both workmanship and products Hartman supplied to my home. I am so thankful that our paths crossed as I have had many experiences with companies that made big promises and never delivered.It was like a breath of fresh air to have a company that went above and beyond my expectation in service and products. A special shout out to Austin and Hunter who stayed on top of each project and always called and kept me informed on what the next step was going to be.They work quickly but also very professional to make sure everything was done in a professional and timely manner. after every job was finished they cleaned up the area to where it was spotless and not once was anything damaged or misplaced.Our home is now beautiful and very breathtaking. The windows they installed are very energy efficient and we are already seeing a difference in our utility bills. If I could give Hartman a 10 star review I would. there was not one single glitch that happened and I think that is a reflection on transparency, integrity, open communication, listening, talking and forming a lasting relationship with customer/business. During all this my husband was admitted in the hospital and Austin called several times to check on him and he prayed healing for my husband. Excellent customer service and workmanship! Hartman Roofing installed two sun tunnels in our very dark kitchen! We love the light it added to our kitchen and we no longer need a light turned on during the day! Jay made sure we were satisfied with the results! I am very happy with the excellent job Hartman Roofing did on my roof. Colton took care of everything and explained what all would be done. He worked closely with my insurance company. He brought shingles to my home for me to choose from and was always happy to answer my questions. There were several employees that came in teams to get the job done. A team of roofers, of course, a team checking the hot water heater and the vents and they installed a carbon monoxide alarm inside my home. I bought gutters and covers and am impressed with how nice they look. I have never seen any company start a job and finish it with such organization. They made sure my lawn did not have any trash or nails left in it. They went over my lawn several times to check for nails. Everyone was friendly and polite. They treated me with such respect. I highly recommend Colton and Hartman Roofing for going above and beyond taking care of my roof! I know that normally company vehicles are used for advertising or simply a tax write off…But one of your black lifted trucks with HARTMAN ROOFING plastered on both sides should NOT be driving your vehicle. In fact TERRIBLE advertisement. Very aggressive driver and DOES Not deserve to be an advocate for your business. I’m so glad I know what company he works for so I do not use them for my roof! This is the second time I have used Hartman Roofing. First after the 2004 Hail Storm and then again with the May, 2013 Hail Storm. I worked with Kirby Hartman and he was great giving me options and prices. He took care of all of the paperwork and worked directly with my Insurance Company.The install went perfect both times. I got a Great Roof both times.I would highly recommend Hartman Roofing. When we have our next Hail Storm, I will call Hartman Roofing.

I was looking for a roofing company for my mothers roof that was leaking. I contacted Hartman Roofing and Mitchel Scott. Mitchel responded quickly with a professional assessment of the roof. We choose Hartman to do the repairs. The day after the crew showed up and completed the job in a couple of days. There was no mess left behind and they did a GREAT JOB with a responsible price. I am giving one star only because I am happy with the metal trim that was put on our house and happy with the man & his wife that assisted him with the installation. Now to the bad. We ordered windows. They didn’t order the right windows and it wasn’t caught until the first window in the house was already taken out. I must emphasize how important it is to make sure you have a legible copy of the contract. All we got was a copy of the estimate sheet. Jason was the one that gave the estimate & ordered the windows. The regular installer was running behind so Jason also came to install the windows. He notified someone at their office of the wrong windows. They drove from Amarillo with a “copy”of the estimate.....mind you not the original. It had the part of the estimate marked out describing the inserts in the windows. His name was Jake. Apparently he thought we were stupid because he said “ see it’s marked out with the same pen”. Duh!!! It was a copy....not the original. Of course all the pen marks were black on the copy. They finally said they would reorder two correct windows. That wasn’t an option as they wouldn’t match. We caved since one window was already out & accepted the wrong windows. Approx 3 months later, a neighbor boy shot a B.B. gun & hit one of the windows. When I called to get a price so his dad could pay for a replacement, I was told they were guaranteed for everything except hail. They replaced the glass but casement window would never open again after they left. Two days later, the inside pane of that window cracked across the corner. Silence from them when I called to report it. A few months later, another window received a break from unknown cause. I called again. This time Jake came and measured for two replacement panes. He forced open the first window we couldn’t open after the first replacement. Had to force it closed again. I waited 6 weeks before I called to check the status of the order. He actually called me back to say he forgot to order them but he’d come the same day to remeasure. He did and I told him the date we were leaving for a summer long trip. Silence again for 6 weeks. The day before we left, I called & told them we were leaving the next day & they’d have to keep the windows if they had ordered them until we returned in the fall. Jake said he had the glass in the back of his truck but had just forgot again but he could come the next day to install. We had to leave & he said call when we returned & he’d come install. When we returned, I called 3 times over 2 months and he’d never return our call. I felt sorry for the woman who answered the phone each time because she remembered but had to say “I’ll give Jake the message again”. Our windows were and still are a regretted purchase. I guess the sale is all Hartman is interested in. We’ll not be doing any further business with them. Our roof was the next project but we’ll be using someone else.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I wouldn't leave any stars if I didn't have to!! I had a client who called and spoke to Leslie on Jan. 2nd requesting someone to go out and inspect a roof on a house they are potentially buying. Leslie advised her that they would have one of their reps call her to set up an appointment. As of today, no one has called. So I took initiative to call. I spoke to Leslie, and she not only couldn't get the address correct much less the spelling of the street, she informed me that she hadn't spoken to anyone and that they have an answering service!! She was cynical as she mentioned that no one would go out and inspect anything in below freezing temperatures as it is "icy." As if I wouldn't know this!!! It is above freezing today and as of this afternoon still had not received a phone call!! On top of that she denied speaking to my client. Fortunately, my client remembered the name of the person she spoke to! On top of that she stated, "you are welcome to call someone else!!!" Wow! Is this who you hire as the "face" of your company??? Customer service is key in the business world!! I will never refer you all to anyone ever again! I referred you as being a "reputable" company. However, by far, you have proven me wrong! Thank you for saving us the heartache of having to deal with you in the future!!

Unprofessional spent nearly 8 months trying get my roof repaired by these guys. Kept getting told they would be at my house at this time without showing up. Their ad about windows and screens replacement is a joke because they don't even do that anymore. I do not recommend these guys.
