Cleaned my chimney out and my dryer vent. Both were disgusting. I didn’t request them to be done before we moved in 2 years ago so I am sure they had never been done since this house was built in 2016. Jack was great! Very efficient!

What a great experience! I had an emergency! My dryer wasn’t drying my clothes and on the weekend of all days! I didn’t know what to do since I needed clean clothes for work on Monday! They came out to completely clean my two AC units, all ducting as well as the dryer vent/ducting. They showed before and after photos and it was amazing how clean they got everything. Jack got to my home, got right to work abs didn’t stop until everything was done. Throughout the process they checked in with me and gave me updates and answered any questions I had as well as made recommendations and suggestions for self maintenance to the units. Awesome service!

Master Air Duct came and took care of my parents' chimney and dryer vent. They were very friendly and took their time with an examination before actually cleaning. They took photos and video and explained what they found and their recommendations. We were originally going to have the air vents cleaned, but our service person expressed some discomfort because of their age and condition. Rather than risk rupturing a vent, he gave us options to consider without pushing one way or the other. We appreciated this and will definitely return for continued service and likely duct replacement. Master Air Duct - Thank you!!
