I used New Life Homes to enclose a patio on my home to create a type of sunroom that could be used year round. They made great suggestions such as stone, rather than a plain beadboard knee-wall and stained concrete rather than tile. I spend more time in this new room than I ever did on the plain patio. I’m definitely pleased with the final result and would be happy to use them for any future projects, as well as recommend them to others for projects they may have.

Our house was built 11 months ago. While the house was built sturdy and my complaints are minimal I am very unhappy with the electrical in the master bath. I have gone rounds and rounds with the lights in my bathroom flickering. They came out to fix it. Could not find anything wrong. Came out again said it was fixed. It wasn’t. I believe they have come out several times and cannot figure out why the light are flickering. I basically was told there wasn’t anything wrong and I had to live with it. As I write this the light are flickering every 10 seconds. There is nothing plugged into any outlets in my master bath. The only thing running right now is the air fryer in the kitchen. But we have been told every time they come out to “fix it” that nothing else is connected to the lights and it should not do that…..my year warranty is almost up at the end of October and I am sure they are just trying to buy time where the warranty is up and won’t come out anymore to fix anything. We have had numerous problems with the sprinkler system but luckily those people we call ourselves and they actually come fix the problem. The driveway is cracked and horribly and lifting and crumbling in certain spots. The response to that was “well it’s been hot and we have had rain”. While that is true there is older concrete around twin still without cracks. We have had to have several other things fixed because they were done poorly or not at all.The air fryer is now off and the lights are still flickering.I am not happy with the service provided from the people Jon uses. I do not recommend this builder.Service: General construction

We spoke with John at New Life, and for a reasonable price, hassle free experience the alcove and bathtub were replaced. Aaron was our project manager, took great care of us, and Adrian and his 'helpers' worked hard on the installation. They were on time everyday, efficient and left us with a quality product. I would not do business with Jon fuller he is very unprofessional and hot headed I use to work for him and I needed my 1099 for my taxes and I’ll let y’all just read the rest of the conversation!!!!! I just don’t think this is how should talk to someone who is just trying to get the stuff they need for there taxes

I contacted about 5 contractors through recommendations and no one called me back until I submitted a request on new life homes website. Jon called me in about 30 minutes and came over to give me a bid in about an hour!We did an almost 1000 sq foot remodel of our master bathroom, bedroom, laundry, master closet and an upstairs kitchenette. They took everything I threw at them and made it happen.I can’t say how thankful I am for the whole team. Jon kept everything going forward, Kasey designed the entire remodel, Aaron was our project manager and was there daily making sure every detail was perfect and Jordan stepped in when Aaron was unavailable. We also had custom cabinets put in and they are amazing.I keep sitting on my bed thinking I’m in a swank hotel and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

We used New Life Homes for an addition to our home. The new addition was about 1100 square feet, consisting of three additional bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There was some additional work in the existing portion of the home that was required as well.I contacted Jon and he called me the same evening, which was better than every contractor we had contacted previously. After talking through our plans he gave a preliminary bid and we decided to proceed.From the start, communication was important to me and they did a fantastic job of it. I was never in the dark about what was happening or coming up. If I had questions or concerns they addressed them with no fuss.They had good input on changes to our original design that I’m really glad we did. All of their work was very professional and looks great. I know this project isn’t as big as a full blown house, but including dealing with existing structure it would be very close in scope. If I was looking for a new build from scratch, these guys can do it and do it right.I would recommend Jon , Virgil, Aaron and crew in a heartbeat! Friendly guys that work hard, care about you and your project. We have some projects in the next 5,10, and 15 years. I contacted New Life Homes to repair my roof after a hail storm. Just before the roof was replaced, we got another hail storm that shredded my siding and garage doors. I had Jon and his crew replace my siding, garage doors and roof. The work was done very quickly and the outcome was immaculate! Both siding and roof look better than before!
