We will tell everyone we know to avoid this place like the plague!!!!! Shame on you! You are missing out on a lot of business! You're bad and horrible mistake. I am the property manager at U Store It wolflin Ave, I have had this company out to my business to replace springs in doors here at the storage facility.I have spoke to Chuck over the phone and he is a very polite individual.I will only use this company for the stores in our area and will give the appropriate review each time.The work they have done on my units was for a 75 year young lady who could not open her door so I would go open the door for her each time she visited the property for something in her unit.I am happy with the work and professionalism.Thank you

Called and asked some questions had a guy come out to do an estimate and 2 days later had the install, it was fast and these guys where great!! If you are a first responder they give great discounts, and if you want the best customer service in town this is the place! My husband and I used Tascosa Overhead Door company about 8 yrs ago and the service was fabulous. We recently bought a new home and need to replace the garage door. I called Tascosa and asked them if they could come by and and give us an estimate. The guy I spoke to said he would call me back in a few hrs but he never did. The next day I contacted him again and he said he would contact me either that evening or “first thing in the morning”. He did neither. So I called this morning and left a message. I was not happy and again I asked him to call me. I also let him know how disappointed I was he had not called me back and just call me and let me know if he didn’t have time to do business with me so I could call another company. While I was leaving the message he sent me a text saying he would call me back. It’s been over an hr and I haven’t heard from him. He obviously does not need the business so don’t waste your time calling Tascosa Overhead Door. I called another local company and they already have scheduled a time to give me an estimate.

I called to schedule a garage door repair on Thursday of last week. I was confirmed for Friday. I worked from home and called several times to check the status. The only information I received was "sometime later". I waited until 5pm and then requested a quote/call from Dockins Overhead Door. They called me within2 minutes, scheduled me for Monday and gave me a 2 hour window of when to expect them as well as pricing. I still haven't heard from Overhead Door Company and Dockins has already been here, fixed the issue and thanked me for my business. Go with a company that actually values your time and money- call Dockins.In response to Mr. Sunday:I never recieved a call or voice mail on Friday. I had my phones with me all day and answered every call. If they did call, why not leave a voice message? I left a personal and work number- no calls from your guys on either. I had to call your office to check on the status after not hearing from you guys at all. I did relay I was working from home and would be available. I did leave reviews as this is not an appropriate way to conduct business, which is the exact reason reviews are available. I always read reviews prior to booking a service. My time and money is valuable to me and I do not like wasting either. Dockins did a great job with communication and follow through. On this service call, your staff did not.

Have these people come out in December to fix the left side of my garage door. They fixed it payed and in February. Headed to be fixed again less than 2 months after the first service call. Same side broke on the garage door. Came out fixed it sent me a bill 4 more than the first service call because they said they had to replace the cable. I asked him if they stood behind their service from the in December and I didn't get an answer they just told me that since had to replace cable it was that much. And when I asked what you think the cable should have been replaced in December. He just walked around the issue.I've got a video on my ring from them today coming to try to make me pay this bill for the second service call and the boys are talking about taking the cable off of my garage door at my house without me being home. This is not a very mature bunch of people that we're dealing with here. Buyer beware they don't stand behind their product!

I called this company to balance my garage door. The tech did that, but he also got the inside carriage piece upside down when he tried to adjust the limits. The next day, I got a follow up call. I told the caller about the upside down piece, and he responded, "Well, call us if you need anything else." That was all I needed to hear to know they are not a quality company. My name is Shannon Tidwell, and I have a receipt, but I see no place to attach it.

This is a disappointment: We made an appointment for Friday at noon. at 12:20, my husband had taken off of work and called the company as no one had shown or called him. The company said their tech was running late and would call him. Although he waited at the house with his phone, he did not receive a call and no one arrived. I called to ask the company about the missed appointment and they claimed they "tried to call" but didn't get through (no missed calls on his phone) and did not go by the house because "it's too expensive to drive around" even though they had confirmed an appointment that same day, and my husband had told the company he was there waiting at the designated appointment time. We'll be using another business.It was under "Martinez" in response to the owner reply.

Excellent service! John came out to fix a cable that had come loose, and the service didn’t stop there! He continued to check the tension and adjustment of everything and then lube all of the wheels and hinges to help get rid of the squeaks! Thanks John and Gary!!

My story started on December of 2020..where I had damage to lower panel of the garage door..I called overhead door and they send truck with 2 team members..one of them who was in charge was impulsive and rude to his partner...any way he told me about estimates and we agreed for the job..I was watching them outside ..during his job he elected to remove outdoor seal thinking it will be in his way..and later in he realized that he didn’t need to remove it..he apologize and promised me to fix the seal the second day since he didn’t have the material inside the truck..since that time I called between 4-5 times about every 2 weeks to remind them about the outdoor seal since it is leaking air and allow wind and bugs to come into the garage and they keep telling me they don’t have the materials needed to fixed and waiting for shipment..finally last week I called again and they send another guy to fixed it..I was under the impression that fixing the seal is part of the old job mistake that should never happen by them ..but I was surprised to receive bill for the new job..when I called them to explain what happened..they declined my call and told me that no job is free..knowing that the seal fix lasted 4 minutes and the seal itself less than 10 dollars..but got charged additional 70 dollars for the new job besides the old job for 430 dollars..in both visits I tipped the guys with 20$ each visit..so definitely advice consider other company or more professional people to do your job in the future..Finally manager called me yesterday and told me there is misunderstanding and instead of taking the bill off or apologize..he decided to bill me 40 $..instead of 70$....
