June 15th 2023 we had a bad storm with golf ball Hail in Lawton Oklahoma. Our Roof, Gutters, Siding and Skylight got damaged! 2 days later Fred from Ozone Roofing knocked on our door and offered his service. He stated that there just set up an office in Lawton. We were very happy that someone actually came and wanted to help! We had and still have bad experience with companies in Lawton (don't answer the phone or made an appointment and not even show up), so we thought to give it a try. After a few weeks with constantly communications with Fred (pick out shingles and measuring the Skylight) the day has come!Those are the fastest Roofers I have seen in my life. Very professional. I even could do my work at my house without getting interrupted! Gutters and Skylight still need to be replaced but understandable that it takes time for the material to come in. Fred is very responsive and let us know about changes. The shingles weren't our first choice but still looks very good on our Roof and Shed. There did a fantastic job and even cleaned up after the work was done! Thumbs up 👍

After a huge storm that damaged our roof, I was fortunate to find such a reputable Business with wonderful customer service. Fred Elizardo was not only professional but helpful and prompt! He immediately inspected our roof, brought over a book for us to select our shingles, gave advise and had roofers repairing our roof immediately. The roofers as well were polite, hard working and made sure to clean everything up to include some debris from the storm in order to clean up our driveway. You would have never known we had workers at our residence because they left no evidence behind other than the yard sign we asked to promote their business. We had hail in the Oklahoma panhandle. This guy called us and they came to our house. They inspected roof saying it was damaged. So we filed a claim. An adjuster came, Ozone said they be here with adjuster but Ozone never came. Adjuster came inspected roof and said no damages to roof. In my opinion Ozone just going door to door or calling anyone saying roof is damaged just to make quick buck. These guys I wouldn't trust. They will tell you what you want to here and move on.
