From the office ladies to the employees out in the field AMAZING!!! If I could give them a million stars I would. We absolutely love our pool it is a dream come true.

I am compelled to write this review because I honestly cannot understand the negative comments left here. Roger and his team designed and built my pool in 2018 and did an excellent job! Since then, he and his family have been nothing but awesome whenever a problem occurs or I just need some help. They are always professional and truly pleasant to deal with and I hope anyone reading this will take the negative reviews with a grain of salt and know that these are good folks.Services: Inground pool installation, Design, Swimming pool equipment maintenance, Swimming pool equipment repair

September 2018, 3 years ago Roger and the crew at Outback Pools completed our pool. They have serviced it every step of the way. Went above and beyond to help me get the heater warrantied when it went out. I can honestly that Outback Pools under promise and over deliver. They are always prompt when I call for service.Roger and the crew at Outback Pools go above and beyond. It took my Wife and I 2 years to make all the decisions about our pool. Roger was very patience, knowledgeable and answered every question we had. Our pool is the most amazing space at our home. Roger definitely under promises and over delivers. The Matas love our pool. Our yard is absolutely beautiful now! Roger is a perfectionist and is extremely knowledgeable. If I have a question, he always answers. The warranty and expert knowledge made me feel at ease installing this pool. The best part is that Outback Pools will continue to answer questions and make any repairs after the pool is complete. All of the guys employed by this business are friendly and helpful. Such a wonderful experience. Roger and the employees treated us like a neighbor instead of just another customer. He doesn't try to over sale and makes sure he stays within your budget.I definitely recommend Outback if you are looking to have a pool installed.

We met Roger at our house when we were getting quotes for pools. He seemed really nice and a good guy. So we were happy when they were the company who put in the pool at our new home. So I called them to ask about the winterizing of the pool. The lady who asked the phone told me the different ways that it can be done and how my pool was done. And I told her I had some broken pipes and she gota bad attitude towards me saying that they knew how to winterize pools. She kept interrupting me every time I tried to tell her something. I was just trying to see if something bad coukd have happened but she wouldn't listen. I called Pestegious pool they came out before the freeze and check it and found out it was just the backwash line wasn't drained.

This company put our pool in three years ago and so far we have replaced the tiles, two pumps, and the cover they sold us has been in need of repair for 3 mos. I have called and called leaving a message each time but have yet to receive call back from them...EVER! In the three yrs I’ve had the pool I’ve reached a person 2 times. Both times that I’ve reached a person, she (I think) was extremely inconvenienced by my call requesting service. This last call I placed when she (?) began yelling and overtalking me before I could even speak and yelled into the phone “I don’t want to service you and I’m not going to service you”, then slammed the phone down😳. Bad day? I’ve yet to receive a call to schedule service nor to offer an apology. I’ve had to outsource these bothersome repairs to other companies ie Texas Blue Lake Pools who has always been avail when Ive needed them. If I could rate Outback Pools less than one full star I would do so. I’ve never spent so much money on such poor workmanship, product and unprofessional business practices.

They have the worst customer service. All they worry about is money. They installed our pool and the heater stopped working. When they replaced it we asked for clarification of the bill and they sent the most unprofessional email. Safe yourself the trouble. Go to Prestigious Pools they have fixed everything this company screwed up!!!Service: General construction
