Excel roofing exceeded my expectations! I was feeling overwhelmed when I was contacted by my new insurance company letting me know I would need to replace the roof along with a handful of other things on my property before they insured me . It was right around the holidays so timing was not ideal. I was referred to Pedro “the roof guru” and he very easily guided me step by step thru the entire process, explaining everything in fine detail and made this head ache such a smooth process and the timing of everything getting replaced and repaired was precise and was not ever dragged out . 10/10 would recommend them again and again!

Pedro and Traci came to inspect and quote for the wind damage on my roof. Not only were they courteous and professional, but they explained in detail, what my roof needed and how they would help me work with the insurance company to make matters easier for me as I have little to no experience with insurance companies. While the roof was being done by a hard-working crew, additional problems were found and and they dealt directly with the insurance to get these repairs done. (I.E. rotted and missing roof decking) All pipes and vents were installed and painted to match the roof and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out and the roofs guarantee! Excel Construction in Amarillo has just replaced my roof, and I am very pleased with their work. Two of Excel's employees, Mike S. and Chase S., handled all the details with my insurance company, starting with the insurance adjustor to the final approval of the roof replacement. They kept me informed from the start to the finish of the project. They constantly monitored the repair work and the clean up of the site once the job was completed. After all but giving up in even getting a contractor to work at getting the insurance to look Chase would not give up in getting the work approved. He visited and stayed at it until all was approved. He then got right on it and completed very quickly and the workmanship is fantastic! Always on time and will call him again first if the need comes about.

Jeremy Wilson was my contractor. He made the process of getting a new roof a breeze. zero complaints. The roof is beautiful & looks good to me. Helped me work with Allstate to get the claim handled & entire process was easy start to finish. Still pending an inspection by Amarillo but I do not anticipate any issues. Roof has been on the house for months & is holding strong despite wild weather wind & hail. was patient through my many questions & super helpful! Highly Recommend.

My experience with Excel Construction began when I needed a new roof, but my home insurance company did not want to pay for one. That’s how I met Jordan Justice from Excel Construction. He kept after the insurance company because he could clearly see the damage and he sensed my distress over my severely damaged sunroom. Miracle of miracles, he finally convinced my insurance company to pay for my roof! Needless to say, I was over the moon that soon I would not have to worry every time it rained! He came over and I chose the color of my new roof.He did not have a specific date ready at that time but it didn’t matter because a week later when I got home from work, I had a new roof! I would have gone in the house and not even noticed had my neighbor not congratulated me on my new roof. There was only a crate left to indicate that anyone had been there because the crew had done such a good job of cleaning up! The next day, the crate was picked up.The ceiling in my sunroom had already been falling down and they were scheduled to replace the ceiling at some point when the materials arrived. I wanted to there when that happened so I could paint the new ceiling. In the meantime, I had a family situation and had to leave town a few days. When I got back the entire ceiling was completely finished and painted exactly how I wanted it! I was thrilled with the quality of their work and once again, the crew cleaned up extremely well!I highly recommend Excel Construction if you want a job well done in a timely and professional manner. I’m extremely grateful and thankful for Jordan and his perseverance in saving my home. They are top notch and I can’t thank them enough. I don’t worry about rain or snow anymore!THANK YOU!

David and Stephen worked tirelessly to complete the repairs to our home. The roofs, house and shop, were replaced plus the vents and exhaust pipes; the rain gutters; all the popcorn ceilings in the house scraped and re-textured; the trim on the shop repainted; the outside dryer vent replaced; and the fence re-stained. All the craftsmen, hired by Excel, were professional. The projects were completed in a timely manner. We highly recommend Excel Construction.

One of my neighbors used this company for his new roof. I contacted them for mine. Here's the story. I was insured by allstate insurance. DO NOT USE THEM! They were not willing to pay at all. Gave every excuse in the book. B@$+@rd$!!! I contacted another roofer first, whose name I won't give. When they found out what allstate was pulling, they abandoned me and left me high any dry. It looked like I was going to get royally screwed. "EXCEL" to the rescue. They took on allstate and got allstate to cough up the cash!!! Now, I have a new roof and a new roofing company, if I need them again.
