The whole experience was amazing from Julie who answered the phone to getting it scheduled STAT and I loved the text with a picture of the worker who was coming to the knock at the door to Nat’s side kick (Bayley). I called Route 66 out to resolve what I believed to be a water heater problem. It turned out to be a leak under the slab. After thoroughly explaining the issue and scheduling the repair, the team went to work. Nat, Brandon and David are absolute professionals, they care about the quality of their work and my needs as a customer. After they repaired the leak, they recommended the reroute of another line that could experience similar issues saving me from problems down the line. Although it was a big job, the team work diligently and completed the work in a couple of days. Scheduled an appointment for a quote to hook up a gas stove. Our time slot was between 10am and noon. Service tech arrived at 1pm. We were charged $69 for the quote. This was unexpected as the person I spoke with on the phone when scheduling the appointment failed to mention there would be a charge for them to come out and give the quote. This was our first interaction with this company...not impressed.

The good:I called them up to get a quote on replacing my sewer lines under my house. They were able to come by the day of or the next day to take a look at everything and give a quote. The service fee is $69.00 and is included in the cost of the work if I had them do the work.Almost every time I call, I get a person on the other end and she is able to answer my questions and gives an update. They sent my invoice on email and the one time that I emailed them I received a reply within a reasonable time frame.The bad:It took about 2 weeks to get a quote for the work requested. They said that it was due to a contractor not responding to their request for a quote.They did offer a refund because of the situation, but I decided to wait until they received word from their contractor instead. They ended up giving me a quote for the work and I accepted it. I believe the work will begin around Feb 2023.I'll update this review periodically and after the work is completed.Service: Sewer repair
