Rufco installed a new roof on one of our rental properties and I couldn't be happier with the process. We are located in a different city, so I was worried it would be difficult to manage the process from a distance. Our insurance adjuster missed damage on an additional structure, but Rufco made sure we got adequate compensation to cover all necessary repairs. They even installed CO detectors proactively, when they realized the property didn't have any (unbeknownst to us). I really felt like Rufco had our best interests at heart and the process wasn't stressful for us at all. They tackled our 3 story home in just a few days with high quality, professional work and even helped set us up with some other contractors to get some extra work done. Best service for contracting house work I have ever paid for, and a lower price than their competitors.

Fantastic customer service! Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Our Rufco rep., Ivan, was with us through every step of the process. They went out of their way to make sure we were up to city code and they worked with us, the adjuster, and the insurance company to get the job done. When the roof was finished - and it looks perfect - they had trouble getting final payment from my insurance company. Most companies would threaten you if they didn’t receive prompt payment but Ivan told me, “Don’t worry about it. They’ll send the check eventually.” I highly recommend Rufco to anyone and everyone looking to update their home!!!!
