Purchased the new system towards the end of last summer. Good price and the techs sent to remove old system and install new one did a great job. Very patient with me and my questions and suggestions. lol. Turned system on for the first time this year and no cold air. Called them up and a tech called me back promptly and helped me find the simple fix. Good job guys. Appreciate the service

Absolutely worst company! If I could give no stars I would. We got a new ac from them 3 years ago, and have had them come out and check the unit every spring from them, this past 2023 spring they advised my husband that everything was fine with our system but we would need more freon at some point. I reached out to another company to come and look at it this time since spring has started and temps are starting to come up. The technician from the other company advised that, that when the system was put in ya'll put in some low grade cheap refrigerant that nobody uses anymore. The freon was so low that it wouldn't even read on the technicians gauge. Also the lines were never sealed off so we are continued to leak all the freon out of our unit! I will never recommended this company to anyway. Thanks for screwing people out of money so sweet of ya'll!!!

I waited for 5 hours, the tech never showed, the girl in the office was extremely rude and unprofessional. She said she would check in the status of the tech and call me back, not only did they not call me back, they stopped answering the phones. The only good news is that I was able to get a refund, but why did they charge me in advance anyway? Horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. I will not use them again.

If Daniel keeps technicians like Aaron M. and Davian G. on his team, we will be lifelong customers! We bought an older home (1937) in Wolflin 1 1/2 years ago. The home is so large that it had 3 heating and cooling systems who have seen better days for sure. We have used Daniel's Heating & Air for 2 system replacements thus far and couldn't be more pleased!Aaron and Davian were involved in both installs and, quite honestly, they are perhaps the most respectful and pleasant young men we have ever encountered on service calls. Their work was exceptional as well. They kept us informed every step of the way throughout removal of the old systems and installation of the new ones. If there were any delays or hiccups, they communicated that as well as what the plan would be.I'm secretly hoping the last system dies soon as we will definitely have Daniel's Heating & Air do the work again. AND... I'm requesting Aaron and Davian by name to come back out. Great guys... you won't be disappointed!

I had problems with my air conditioner, so I called Snow Bear on Saturday. They sent over a technician, which diagnosed the problem as the AC's drain being clogged. They offered to unclog the line and install a new thermostat for a total of $600. We decided to do that, and after he was done, I went up to check the AC, and it was still leaking, which the technician had assured me that it wouldn't anymore. I called them back, but they didn't pick up. I called them again the next day, and they told us that "they didn't have the necessary parts when he came to fix the entirety of the problem, so they just fixed what they could." If we had known that they needed more parts, we would have waited, so the job could be fully completed, but instead they decided to rip us off and "fix" something that wasn't even an issue. After calling back again, they now want to install an entire new drain line. If this was the issue beforehand, why didn't they just offer to do this the first time, instead of making us spend $600 unnecessarily. They were not only very unprofessional, uncooperative, and unresponsive, but they were also dishonest with their customers. I won't ever be calling them again for their services.

I’ve personally used snow bear at my home and had a great experience. But my moms home warranty sent them out to fix her air conditioner and it has been a nightmare. They sent a tech names Jacob, while he was a nice guy I’m not sure he knew what he was doing. He came back twice after thinking he fixed it when he didn’t. Came back and replaced the thermostat but without an hour the thermostat went completely black and doesn’t work. And when she called back for a third time he said he would try to make it back before he was done for the day and never did. Now this morning she called first thing and apparently he’s off today 🙄 and now they’re (Karen) is saying they can’t send anyone until Tuesday next week. It’s over 100 degrees everyday right now and it should have been fixed the first time they came out. Not only are they not fixing the problem, the office lady always says she’ll call back and never does. The whole thing is very frustrating.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. They were sent on behalf of my home warranty and they said there 'wasn't a problem'. Then please explain why my unit is STILL leaking?! And on top of that, they refuse to file the paperwork after I opened this order a month ago. Stay far, FAR away from this company. And to top it off, the 'lovely' receptionist hung up on me.

Our heater stopped working in January when it was so cold, I called several places and no one could get here. I called Snow Bear and they got here the same day and fixed it! The technician was helpful, we discussed our need for a new AC unit, and he took pictures. I spoke with Karen over the phone, we agreed on a unit, they were here the next day and completed the installation. The customer service is excellent, from Aubrie, Karen, Josh and Dan the owner, they stayed in communication through out the process, followed up to see if we had any concerns, or issues. All in all this was the smoothest installation we have ever had! I will totally recommend them for ANY heating or air conditioner issues! SHADY! Tech came out less than two weeks ago, diagnosed the problem with our AC, and put in a LOT of refrigerant (11 lbs.) before realizing that the indoor unit was still frozen up. Told me I had to pay via Cash App. Stops cooling again last night and I call another company. Turns out the Snow Bear guy completely overcharged by system and ruined my compressor and it's going to cost me $2500 to repair. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I had arranged for a mini-splitter unit to be placed through Home Depot who referred me to Snow Bear to install the AC. The install was set for tomorrow and they told me I needed an electrician so they sent one over to look. I paid him 1/2 down and then in contract it says I hired the electrician who has an expired license. Snow bear employee Karen said it was my choice and the contract is what it is. Now, they have taken me off the schedule and I have to start from scratch. I have never dealt with such a shady company.Buyer Beware!!! They charged my friend 1100.00 for three pounds of Freon that never cooled her house. She has used this company for years and years and she too has moved forward to Licensed professional work using a reliable company as I am doing.RUN RUN RUN FAST FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not use this company. They will lie on behalf of your Home Warranty company. They said they fix the problem, knowing that there was a Freon leak in the main coil and I believe them. And then after my Home Warranty contract ran out my air conditioner stopped working again so I called a different technician that told me there was a major leak in the main coil and it cost me $7100.

Aaron and Logan were so courteous and professional. We took advantage of their tune up special and are very pleased with the work they did. They even answered my little one's questions as they went along making it a great homeschooling day! They made sure that we were satisfied and that we didn't have any questions or further needs before they left. Daniel's Heating & Air did an awesome job on installing my air/furnace system from start to finish. They installed the unit I wanted and setup my system to maximize efficiency. Everyone involved was exceptionally helpful from Dan to Karen to Logan and his team. I would recommend this company to everyone, they worked in extremely cold conditions and got us heat right away. I'm extremely disappointed. Not with the guys who did the job but with the company that saw fit to charge me appx $700.00 per hour. The guys did a good job of hooking up my AC but the charge was exhorbitant!!! Approximately 3 hours of work, I supplied all the materials except a little bit of freon. $2,100.00 for those 3 hours of work. Won't be using them EVER again!!! Got a bid up front and for the amount, I figured it was an all day or maybe 2 day job. Nope appx 3 hours. $700 per hour!!! How can any company justify that cost????Service: Installation
