They went through almost every roofer in town before Valdez was able to finally fix their roof right.When our roof was recently damaged, I knew they were the ones to call. Contacted Valdez roofing for an insurance claim on my home and they handled all the details. Pretty much everything they said when we first went over the process was followed to the exact detail. Roland was my main contact and was professional, polite and made sure my wife and I were happy. The work started at 7:45 in the morning and was completed about 8:00 that night. Roland has contacted me several time since and truly seems to want us to be happy with their work. No problems with Roland or Valdez roofing. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof work done.

These guys were very professional, knowlegeable, courteous and fast. The young man assigned to us was named Sam. He new his business and was very understanding that we did not. He patiently explained the process, the cost, and what was available. He helped us with the adjuster & insurance co. and answered all our questions. I feel we have made a friend. The girls in the office are friendly and helpful (be sure to say Hi to Jack). The roofing crew was quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Sam was very courteous and very helpful with questions or concerns we had with our claim. Sam's crew had to reschedule due to weather conditions (early snow in Amarillo), but when they showed up the following week they knocked it out of the park. Roof looks amazing 👌. They cleaned up real good, couldn't tell they were there at all. I recommend Valdez roofing anytime.👍

I cannot thank Sam Lucero and Valdez Roofing enough! My insurance company made claiming my roof a nightmare, but Sam helped walk me through it all. He did a very thorough inspection and helped fight for us to get our roof replaced when the insurance didn’t want to cover it. He even came out an extra time to meet with my insurance’s adjuster to prove our case. Our roof was in horrible shape with missing shingles and had severe wind damage. As soon as my insurance agreed to cover us my roof was replaced within 2 weeks! The men repaired my roof in one day and it looks amazing. Thank you so much Sam and everyone else with Valdez Roofing.

They explained the insurance process and made me feel at ease. After contracting with Valdez Roofing and finding the right look and shingles for my home, they were able to schedule our roof within a week.Valdez Roofing started with a quick one day install. They left my yard very clean. The crew used a rake and magnet to clean up yard. Valdez Roofing also installed windows, fascia, soffit, and seamless gutter to my home, making my homes exterior completely maintenance free! No more painting in the heat/wind. No more paying someone else to do it...ever! What a relief to my husband and I.Valdez Roofing's worksmanship is second to none. Their customer service has been great and their knowledge of their trade made my experience with them as easy as could be! Thank you for helping my family!

Worst customer service ever. After a year l a terrible they come back and try to say I owe more money a year later and they forged my signature on my contract. I have original contract and they sent me a totally different one. They re crooks. Now with no answer and there still bugging me saying that I owe them money. Roof is leaking and and will not fix. So now I'm out warranty and the money there saying I owe that was already paid for. Do not trust Valdez Roofing or Pablo Valdez (the owner)! They did NOT stand behind their word and they will try everything they can to get out of their obligations! I believe they would have no problem handling an incident at a customer’s house with the same shoddy morals they handled my situation with! I apologize in advance for the long, detailed explanation for my review. In January 2018, one of their workers rear-ended me in a Valdez Roofing truck during business hours, in my brand new car, at a stoplight. The worker, who was extremely nice, said he was calling his boss. Pablo’s brother, according to the man on the phone, told me to take my car to the body shop of my choosing, get an estimate to fix the damage, take it to the woman in their office, and she would cut me a check for the repairs. He asked that we be able to take care of it without insurance because it would significantly raise their company insurance premiums. I wanted to be nice, so I agreed to do it. My husband took an estimate from a reputable body shop into Pablo. He literally threw it back at my husband, said it was too high, and that he wasn’t paying for it. He said it didn’t work like that. He started questioning our choice of body shops. He made us feel like we were trying to pull one over on him. He was very disrespectful. He tried to convince my husband to take it to HIS body guy. Um...no. Super shady. He said it wasn’t unreasonable for him to expect a second opinion. My husband said he’d just file with our insurance. Pablo told us to go for it. I took my car in for another estimate at another body shop, because I wanted to prove to Pablo that my first estimate was 100% legit. It was even more than the first one. After texting it to Pablo, he informed me that he talked to HIS body guy and that he said the first estimate was reasonable; that he was sorry for the way he handled the conversation with my husband and that he wanted to write a check to the first body shop. We’d already filed with insurance at this point, as he told us to do. It’s been 5 months since we had to file with our insurance and I’m still out my deductible. Valdez Roofing’s insurance told my insurance company that they are still investigating and that they have been unable to get ahold of anyone at Valdez Roofing to answer questions about the accident and can’t verify that the truck and driver were even covered under their policy. Someone at Valdez Roofing could’ve called their insurance company and resolved this issue ASAP, but they still haven’t. Valdez Roofing has tried everything to get out of their obligation to me personally and my insurance company. A Valdez Roofing employee hits me in a Valdez Roofing truck, and I’m the one that had to pay for it. This is how they operate a business and an example of their questionable morals. If their insurance company doesn’t pay for the accident, everyone involved except for Valdez Roofing, will have to pay for the accident. That doesn’t seem right at all.

Sam Lucero, the Amarillo sales manager for Valdez roofing company came to inspect my roof to see if we needed a new roof. We had a little bit of leakage in our bathroom from the dryer vent, and didn't need a new roof, but Sam and his partner Henry Pena, went above and beyond to make sure we wouldn't have any water leakage. They sealed the vent and tested it to make sure it wouldn't leak again. When it is time to get a new roof, Valdez roofing will get my business for sure.

Sorry but I’m using my sons google account 😂 On May 15 Crosbyton Texas got hit hard with lots of baseball size hail. Our roof had holes and lots of damages there were many many roofing company’s came to town to try and replace roofing for money. Valdez roofing company came first coming to lend a helping hand. This was the only Roofing company that stopped by not only my house but my parents house as well. Henry and Emily are associates for this roofing company and I must say they lent us a helping hand in time of need when no one else did. They actually got up on my roof with my brother David Vega, Elijah Vega-Lopez, and Santos Bustos and covered the big holes with their very own Valdez roofing leak proof tarp with no charge. Like who would just offer help like that??? Without wanting money! Everyone that came to Crosbyton was asking if they needed their roof done. Not once did they offer to lend a helping hand like these people. They didn’t just want our money they actually talked to us like they knew us. Thank you Valdez Roofing for your help it is greatly appreciated.
