We are extremely happy with the service Bryan did handling all of the insurance issues! Outstanding quality of our roofs (we had 4) to replace after the storm last May 2015. We have used West Texas Roofing years ago and Jim did us an excellent job! We have always come out with a better roof than we had before with no money out of our pocket. Our electric bills are lower, and they are a very professional company! We will never use any one else! Thank you!!

I have used WT Roofing twice. My recent experience was very satisfactory. I have a very steep roof and it was a 3 day job. They arrived each day promptly. Bryan Brown, despite how many jobs he had going, was accessible and very professional. He went out of his way to make sure I understood the process from beginning to completion. We have never had a damaged roof before and the inspection process made us nervous. West Texas Roofing came to our home when the insurance inspector was there which made us feel like confident the inspection process was complete. They helped us select a better grade shingle which will lower our insurance premium. After the roof was complete they came back and rechecked their work and rechecked all the roof vents. The folks at West Texas Roofing are wonderful to work with and from the best we can tell do very good work. We feel we can recommend them with confidence ... they certainly made our roofing problem much easier to endure.

West Texas Roofing did a splendid job on my roof. From our dealings with Mr. Brian Brown, who answered all of our questions and was available to help anytime we called, to the guys who actually replaced the roof, everything was done professionally and rapidly. This is the second time I have used West Texas Roofing to replace my roof and if hail gets it a third time, they will be the first and only roofing company I will call.

West Texas Roofing was prompt with an inspection, an estimate and a complete roof replacement with top quality shingles. They corresponded with the insurance company and handled all the paperwork from start to completion of the job. Allstate insurance was also very prompt with claim payment and keeping us informed with every step through the entire process. I would recommend West Texas Roofing and Allstate Insurance. After the “land hurricane” - I needed 2 roofs done - FAST. One would leak and the other I was selling. The guys came, they were super nice, quickly provided an estimate. They did both of my houses, and they were quick and clean. I recommend them if you need a new roof!!!

We started using West Texas Roofing when their son married at our wedding venue “Country Home Weddings” and boy I’m glad he did! Such nice folks! They have roofed my house twice over the years, our pool house, our rent houses and our hall! Always we come out with a better roof than we had! Rarely have I had any money out of my pocket either!! We have planned the roofing to be done while we are out of town and when we got back, they roofed our sheds and chicken house too at no extra cost!! I wouldn’t call anyone else!!

Terrible experience.. I had to finish the work myself. I would not recommend them to work on your roof. If I wouldn't of check my vents. Then bad things would of happened. The vents were not connected in the Attic. They didn't even bother check on it. The roofer put nails on the outside of the shingles. REALLY? Overall experience, not a satisfied customer

I had a roof leak that had made a brown spot on two ceiling tiles on the sunporch. Then, after the autumn rains, part of the ceiling tile fell in. I called for a repair and NO ONE bothered to even call me back. I called TWICE asking for help. Turned out I had hail damage and needed a new roof on my house and the steel workshop in back, as well as other repairs.You lose WTR.
