Before you purchase windows, read reviews from customers with more than a year of having the product rather than customers who have recently had them installed.We purchased windows about a year ago. When a winter storm hit, we noticed there was dirt around the window sill. After further inspection we noticed that the installation had not been completed and the city inspection sticker was still on the outside of the window because it was never completed. Left a message and no one called back. The installer never finished the original install and Woodbridge never followed up with their customer to see how their experience was.If you’d like an example, check out their website and see if you can find a contact number for warranty or repair.There is none.After the third day of no one calling and me calling them, finally talked to a person named Clint in Dallas. He was supposed to have talked to a person named Levi who was supposed to have called me to repair the problem.No one has called. Both of those people are supposed to be top managers. Doesn’t seem like warranty is a thing with Woodbridge. Don’t waste your money on these folks.The contacts on their website are only for estimates and sales.Do not waste your money on these people.

The entire process of replacing all of the windows and the front and back doors has been excellent. Every person we have had contact with has been exceptional. Customer service is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend Woodbridge!!!Services: Window installation, Storm door installation & replacement

Had new windows installed last year in Feb-March. Sales person was great & so was the person installing. BUT one window broke 2 days after being installed, we called immediately. Still hasn’t been fixed. 2-3 of the windows won’t even lock now. These windows aren’t even a year old. I’ve messaged their contact on the website a few times with no response. Even called a few times & nothing. I even got a call from them trying sell me siding and we verbalized how irritated we were that we can’t reach anyone about our windows and still nothing… so much for the “warranty”.

Used Woodbridge to wrap the eaves of my home. The price was reasonable and service prompt however some of the siding has begun to fall off after a storm. I have called Woodbridge more than 8 times over the past 4 months. The reps I speak with are kind and professional and all promise that I’ll be contacted by a service rep or manager within 48 hours but after 4 months I have yet to be contacted by anyone. When I am transferred to a manager I always get voicemail and again am never called back. This is ridiculous. What good is a lifetime warranty if the service department does not have a direct line and never calls you back? Very disappointed.* Update: After posting this review, Woodbridge did reach out within a couple of days and sent out a representative to fix the issue. If you are having difficulty getting a response from Woodbridge, consider posting a negative review. 😏

As a former employee, I can honestly say don't w waste your time with these people. I was one who went door to door and all they care about is getting your appointment and getting the sale. 9 times out of 10 they don't care about what works best for you or would work according to your schedule it's their way or no way. And if you think it's bad how they treat customers unfortunately they treat their employees just as bad. Had a dispute with one of managers at the time went back maybe year or two after to reapply and found ilout I was denies by Mike one of their district managers that I couldn't go back even after said manager was fires. I was one of their top setters, so long in the short is don't waste your time or your money with these people

The worst company imaginable to ever work with. The salesman was awesome but spewed many lies such as guarantee of lowering energy costs and such. Contractors damaged areas around every window and even tried to cover one up with over sized flashing because they cut 3 inches to far into my siding, broke bricks apart and motor under and above every other window, was told they would fix it then never did. Been a year since installation, can’t even get them back out to fix the windows that are crooked, and others not working. One window is so tight the glass is bowing and now has cracked from the pressure. Even called again today and not even a false promise of wanting to fix it, if I hide my number they seem to answer eventually.Edit: nothing has still been done for my windows or the damage to my house from original installation, and now when I call to inquire about it, they can’t my information where I purchased windows.Service: General window replacement

Woodbridge did an excellent job, love our windows. They look fantastic, all work was done on time .Samantha was great, and Roy and Prince were great installers. They left everything spotless, very friendly and they worked so hard. They finished and wanted us to check everything out before they left. I honestly wish I could give zero stars. Wife and I had new windows and siding installed November of 2021. We have been waiting for 2 years now to have them pass inspection from the city. I have been in constant contact with them BUT you soon find out that their turnover rate is almost monthly. Every time you call there is a different person and the last person you spoke with is no longer at the company. This means you have to start the process all over. They have failed the city inspection now 3 times. Every time they fail they come out and say “well that’s not required”. Well obviously it is if the city keeps failing it. Also this last time I found out from the city that they only pulled a permit for the windows NOT the siding. Wondering how they avoid fines for this. To sum everything up in just a few words….FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO YOUR WINDOWS AND SIDING. You WILL regret doing business with them.

Had new custom fit windows installed. The guys were very professional. The work they did was flawless. If they moved it they put it back. I had nothing to clean up after they left. Not even a finger print on the new windows. They exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them!Service: Home renovations

The first time they came by we didn’t but their windows because we couldn’t afford them. Then a manager called and chastised us for not buying them. That should have been my first sign. The next time we bought soffit and fascia. Everything came out fine and we paid them off. A storm came and damaged it at the end of February. 3 weeks and 12 phone calls later someone finally called me back and said they were ordering the material. Almost 3 weeks since then and still no one has called to let us know if they have the material or when they are coming. ZERO communication. They offer a lifetime warranty, but take their sweet time honoring it. Researching their company now, I’m finding A LOT of the same complaints against this company. I’m hoping this catches someone’s attention and this problem gets resolved. But I’m not holding my breath.

Poor communication, had an appointment took time off work for to ensure to make appointment for 16 window replacements. I had two confirmations for the appointment, no call, no show. I called and spoke with Jamal, "we don't have anyone in your area", asked why wasn't I notified until I called, no response. Poor professional demeanor and was hung up on. Very disappointed in customer service and interaction.

We received incredible service. We had a gentleman come to our door and offer us a free consultation so scheduled an appointment. Another gentleman came and gave us a very thorough presentation of the company, their background, quality and general things about having great windows. He was very educated and very nice. Within 6 weeks we had new, customized windows. We absolutely love them! The quality, the look, and the energy we are saving! The experience with this company was very good. The presentation at the beginning was very thorough and convincing, but the product appears to be well worth the hype. I can already tell that in the ups and downs of recent weather that the air and heat have not had to hardly work at all to regulate the temperature of the house. The features of the windows are awesome, I love that you can open the windows from the top, and that you can lock the windows out at 4 inches so you can open them without worrying about someone being able to get in your house. We had windows replaced. ALL the people that we’ve been in contact with are super. In customer service, getting a response is a rarity but Woodbridge has been exceptionally fast and caring. They have great employees.The windows that were installed are very high quality and we’re very satisfied. Highly recommended!

I had Woodbridge install new soffit and facia around my entire house. They worked quickly, cleaned up well, and were very friendly. Loved the warranty they said came with it to replace it if anything happened to it. HOWEVER, about a month later we had a horrible windstorm that tore off one of the sections. I have been calling every couple of weeks since then to try to get them to replace this 1 piece that was ripped off in the storm. It has been nearly a year, and all I ever hear is that someone will call me, they have sent it to a manager, they will be scheduling something soon, but no one ever calls back with a firm date of replacement, and I've started going without even receiving a call back, and I still have a missing piece along my roof. I've also started noticing some of the nails popping out (likely again because of the crazy wind), but I can't even get anyone to fix the broken piece they said was covered by warranty.

The workers from Woodbridge were completely professional from the presentation all the way to installation. The quality of the new windows and door are beyond anything we could have just went out and bought. Called em out to give me a bid, and was pressured into making a decision right then and there the very same day. They don't understand the value of getting multiple bids. The lady that came out got very rude and pushy when I said I wouldn't be able to make a decision that same day. She had some rude comments,Basically insulted me in my own home.i will never do business with this company, I honestly think I dodged a bullet and saved tons of money by not using them. First impressions means alot! Getting multiple bids is highly recommended by any honest business!

Not impressed so far. A representative came to our home and we agreed to have our windows replaced. After the guy came to measure them they raised the loan payment over $100 and tried to charge us 2% more interest. We said no thanks and cancelled. We had 3 days to cancel. We did. My husband and I bought our first family home. A sweet little 1960 ranch...with nearly all the 1960 pieces and parts still intact. We knew our home needed updating aesthetically and for energy purposes. Woodbridge came to our home per our request to talk about our options and we were sold pretty quickly. The products they have simply can't be beat. We wanted windows that were not only beautiful but highly functional and could help us conserve some energy as well. This company NAILED IT. We were blown away by the interactions with the staff as well. Nobody pressured us into purchase, and all the employees from the marketing manager to the contractors at install, were friendly and professional. The work was done nice and fast as well. We chose to update our windows during the hottest time of the year and it took no time at all between ordering the windows and the installation being finished. All in all it took a little less than a month.Can not sing enough praises about this company and their products. Highly recommend them for anyone ready to update their home.

We paid in full for siding on our home 4/20/22. 12-weeks went by and did not hear from anyone. A few months later we got a call, after we had asked for a refund, they finally decided to come out and do the work. We were told that they had a better insulation to go under the siding that was a charcoal color and that is what we paid in full for, but did not get. My husband left several messages. The sales guy was Shea Summach and still no returned call.

Very courteous, knew what they were doing. The measurer was incorrect about the size of the windows but the installers on consolation with my husband were able to fit the windows without having to remake them. The whole process was good from start to finish. The windows are very satisfying. My husband is not cold sitting near the 2 Windows his chair is by and the bedroom is not cold anymore. The salesman was very nice and sincere, had great color choice advice. The team that put siding on was hard working and considerate of my property, left it clean. They did an excellent job. Mike followed up which really surprised me because these days once a business gets your money they are pretty much done with you. He saw a couple of places that weren't done quite right and is sending a guy out to take care of it. He was very polite and really cared about the company doing a good job. In two days, I've gotten five (seven, now, since I wrote 30-minutes ago) telemarketing calls from Woodbridge Windows. --and I already own Woodbridge Windows (--they should have records of that, too!) I told each the situation, and was told each time, that I'd be removed from the list. Do they not have a system of caller's who've rejected their offers? . . . And I've gotten an additional 2-3 calls in the last week or two.When I moved into this house, it already had Woodridge Windows, some were in need of repair, then. As time went on, more were falling apart, too. Door-to-door marketers promised to send help. Calling their toll-free phone-number, I requested help. Months later, they called back. Each time, I was promised help. More months later, when "help" came, the two sent, didn't have the proper simple tools or tiny attachment --even though I had described the same problem for each window. A month later, a fellow came, and repaired it. He was really nice! --we had a nice conversation. I gave him two books.The windows are designed and engineered NOT to be used often. I open and close my windows to let fresh air in my house. Apparently, that is too rough of treatment for Woodbridge products. Before I opened them the first time, I noticed major dust had collected in their not-to-tight design. The initial meeting with the salesman is what sold us! He was very explanatory and thorough. The gentlemen that installed the windows were very quick and precise with their work. However my complaint is that they ordered me the wrong color windows, to which I kept for a small discount. Saved them much more not having to throw them out and start over! I tried reaching out to them regarding some other problems I saw once the wrong color windows were installed I was never responded to.
