Bought a house that needed leveling - had a couple of other places give us an estimate that was outrageous. A friend recommended; WTX and we are so glad he did. WTX were on time everyday- respectful of our time and house. We have a pier and beam that had almost no support. They had to cut a hole in the floor to ensure that our house would have the support needed. Each day when finished they cleaned up the mess and gave us the time they would be back. I would recommend using them for all house leveling needs. Efficient, quick, clean and the best price.

Awesome company. We had a crack in our kitchen tile that an inspector mentioned we should get looked at for potential foundation issues. Turns out our dining room was sinking compared to the rest of the house. Kevin and Hayden made the whole process very simple and never got tired of my questions. They were also able to give me advice on other home improvement projects that I thought were foundation related and were not. They just want to do good work and make homeowners happy, can't recommend them enough.

Had nothing short of outstanding interactions and service from WTX. I sought after quotes from three companies to stop slab settling. WTX was by far the most professional. They came out, explained the process, showed me the equipment they'd be using and offered a competitive bid for the work. They even contacted me with a follow-up time to finish the last pillar install. 5/5 stars, would highly recommend for this area!

Our home was damaged by the historical rains in the Texas Panhandle in the Spring of 2023. Kevin at WTX Foundation Repair was very informative in his explanation of what the damages were, & what it would take to make it right, so that future problems would not occur. We feel that these improvements that WTX Foundation made will eliminate any future water issues in our basement & foundation. I have personally used WTX twice and both times were nothing short of perfect. Very quick response to come and give me a quote. Price is more then fair. One of the most important things to me is how a company leaves the job after completion. Both times they cleaned everything up and left it cleaned!

Jacob came by, inspected at our house for about 30 min. Looked me & my wife in the eyes & said "I work on commission, there's nothing wrong with your house" this is a day after another company came by & said there's about 5k in damage that needs repairs.Thanks for your honesty, WTX Foundation Repair!

Edit to add: Two days later, they called back, unapologetic, to tell us we weren’t “respectful of their free time.” I fail to see how a scheduled appointment is “free time.” If you aren’t the size of a bank, expect to be pushed around and rescheduled. We were told several times that our project would have to fit in around bigger, higher paying jobs. I wouldn’t let these guys mow my grass, much less touch a foundation.I wouldn’t recommend them. They failed to show up to an appointment we had scheduled with them. When we got rescheduled, we were told we’d have a cost estimate by end of day. They never sent one. Seems like they aren’t looking for or care to take on any new business.

My neighbor had his foundation repaired with WTX and said he was very pleased with the company. I was concerned that our foundation may need repair and called WTX for an inspection and estimate. The representative inspected our house (inside and outside) and told us we have some minor cracks but did not need foundation repair. He recommended we monitor the cracks and if they get worse to call him back.I found WTX to be very honest, friendly and professional. If you want an honest evaluation I recommend WTX
