They sold me an item that was incorrectly labeled didn’t notice till I left.So I came back the next day to return.I had my receipt.She said she couldn’t give me my money back except to go back on the card I paid with.I talked to Loyd and he said they are trying soon to offer store credit. I appreciate him reaching out to me it has made this problem a little better. Lesson learned before you buy see how you can return an item.

When they have the small business Saturday sale and they don’t help you save money by charging everything individually unless you ask them to. I know they’re not going to change. So for all of you that didn’t get the prices you were looking for, that’s why and for all you who read this don’t forget to ask to pay individually for your items.

I absolutely love this store! The staff and manager are friendly and very helpful, store is always clean and well organized. If they dont have what you need they'll order it for you as well. Best small town hardware store ever!!

Unlike the larger hardware stores in Odessa, these guys are ready to help and load up your supplies. The prices are a little higher, but you get to deal with much better people.

This is my preferred lumber yard to shop at and most of the time I like to search for products online before driving up there. Unfortunately the website is absolutely useless for doing this as you can't search for anything on it. I wish y'all would redo the website and make it searchable for all the products.

Not berry polite staff, employees give you want they want and not what you asked for, if you are looking for something and they are available to help they ignore you and continue talking with each other you have to go and ask for help.
