Me. Perez came out to my house and was quick, precise, friendly and most importantly professional. After which I spent mostly communicating with Mrs. Lupe in the office over the phone through the whole process. She was so kind and considerate through the whole process and always going out of her way to help me along the way. The fact that she sent an email of my color options for my shingles said a lot to me. The guys came out yesterday to start on my roof and we’re done by the end of the day. I not onced had any issues with them sitting around… they were all hard workers and that says a lot about Perez Roofing and how they run business. I’m in the process of having new siding installed on my house soon and after dealing with Perez Roofing… I’ll definitely be using them from here on out. If you need an estimate and are dealing with insurance, they’re not the company that’ll nickel and dime you and try and get the most out of the insurance company. I am highly satisfied with the work and professional service that Perez roofing offers, the owner stayed in contact with me and was consistent in keeping me up to date with the schedule and process. Mr. Perez took in to account the rain that was coming our way and so he sent his staff out to fix my roof a day early to ensure that it would be done by the date that was promised. Not only was the price affordable but the workmanship was great and the crew took care of everything from fixing the roof to picking up after themselves. I was given a great range of roof options and colors to choose from and have been given several compliments on the choice I made. I love my new roof!! Mr. Perez was very professional and thorough. His crew showed up Monday morning and they finished Tues about lunch time. Their work is amazing and they cleaned my yard and made it look like they had never even been here !!! His pricing was amazing as well. I would highly recommend using them for your roofing needs. He also had another crew come and clean, caulk and paint my facia boards. My house looks awesome. Cant thank him enough for the prompt response and job turnaround.

We were highly satisfied with the work and service. The owner was professional and made frequent contacts to ensure we were aware of the schedule and when the work crew would arrive. The day of the actual work, the crew of about 7 showed up at 7:30 am and were finished by 6:00 pm, this included the cleanup! We were amazed that they were able to do the entire roof in one day! It looks beautiful and we have already received several compliments. We love doing business with companies who value their customers, I highly recommend Perez Roofing!

We had a leak through an exhaust fan and we called Perez Roofing after our son had his house roofed by them. We saw the great job they had done for our son and they immediately came out gave us an estimate and did the work the very next day. After finding out that they also did painting we hired Perez Roofing to paint our entire house. We are very pleased with the job they did and we would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

We are very satisfied with the work that was done by Perez Roofing. Mr. Perez came out within hours of calling them for an estimate to fix a roof leak. With in minutes of arriving he discovered some caulking was needed that should have been added when the house was built. He answered all the questions I had and showed knowledge of his craft (which saved us from replacing a section that didn't need to be replaced). Thank you again for the job well done!

Mr. Perez might appear professional but After measuring my roof he came up with 21 squares where the roof is only 15 squares verified by two other roofers. With that being said, he charged me roughly $2000 more then the other two roofers estimates. So Mr. Perez either doesn’t know how to calculate, or he’s a crook. I will never recommend him to any other customers and I will never do business with this company again.

Got a quote to repair a leak in our roof. Was told the shingles AND the plywood beneath the shingles would be replaced. After they finished in 30 minutes, I asked if the plywood was replaced, of course the answer was no, it was ok and did not need to be replaced. Ok, that's fine, but they still wanted me to pay the full quoted price, which included replacing the plywood. After arguing with him for a while he reduced the price by $50, which was basically the cost of the material, but what about the labor? I would NOT do business with this company or recommend them. If they cheat you on the little jobs, they will definitely cheat you on the big jobs.
