I was referred to this company from a close friend. In Jan of this year I contacted him and sent my address to him via text and he responded that he got it. The day came that he was to come out and give me a quote to enclose our back patio. He never showed up and when I texted him he never responded. Fast forward to now. I called to try to get his quote one more time before going through with our project. He answered and stated he would be out to look at it the next day which was May 11th and when he didn't show I texted again.( I think at this point I am learning my lesson) Today, May 16th I texted one last time to make sure there wasn't ANY reason as to why he would be ignoring my communication and not coming to give me a quote before I left this review. Wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. All my messages to him are "read" and not one single reply. SO- although this company was highly recommended from a close friend, I have had nothing but disappointment, no show after no show and absolutely no communication.

Trident residential services was on spot, the price is right they or on time fast and reliable. Very easy to work with Trident will be the only fene company I will use in the future.Service: Wood fence installation
