Got hit with the hail earlier this year. Had quite a bit of damage. Rainy Days restoration to the rescue! They coordinated all the different jobs, and made it super easy on us. Great work on the roof, the fence, the windows!Would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat!

We had a dishwasher leak and Rainy Day was quick at responding and dried everything out really fast. And because of the leak, we ended up having to replace our kitchen island and they did an amazing job with the custom cabinetry and all the remodeling, including painting, countertops, and refinishing our hardwood floors. These guys also know all the ins and outs of insurance and really helped us through that process and made sure we received all the benefits our plan included, like having a hotel to stay in while the kitchen was torn up. Not my first time working with Rainey Day but the most extensive. They replaced my roof, gutters and repaired fence after major hail storm. Josh walked us through the insurance settlement and was transparent about all of the costs. The crews were professional and the work was of the utmost quality. Called them for the "free" inspection advertised on their website. They do not offer free inspections but the receptionist said that they were unable to remove that from their website (??). I agreed to a paid inspection ($75). They sent me an invoice and expected payment before the inspection. I cancelled my appointment.

The team was friendly and professional, and I appreciated their good nature during a stressful time.Taking it down to three stars because there really wasn’t transparency or an explanation of my charges. I was just given an estimate over the phone with no explanation and then one line item on the invoice with the same amount.The team was also unable to check on things one day which could have potentially saved a day of fan usage if we were able to rearrange the fans on the second day instead of the morning of the third day.

The AC condensate line leaked and caused extensive damage to my kitchen and 2 bedrooms before it was discovered. My builder recommended Rainy Day to perform the tearout and mold remediation. They were very quick to respond. Everyone I dealt with was professional, kept me informed of every step and did great work. Avoid this business, as they are bait and switch. After quoting me 2k for two jobs (1. Repair Roof 2. Remove/Replace Drywall) they tried to collect the remainder of the bill before doing job 2. They said they 'forgot' but then were late to have someone come out and do the job... twice. The person eventually came, told me they needed more material and that they would be back in an hour, and then never came back. They then call me and tell me it will need to be an additional $300 for job 2, as they need to double-drywall. After I called them out that this is 15 sqft of area and that $300 of drywall would be enough for an entire room, they told me this also includes labor. The person who did the work (finally came back 3 day later to my house, unannounced) spent an entire 3 hours to do ALL the work. So for a job that took an entire three hours, they raised the price of the quote by 25% due to labor, per them. This company will only make your rainy day worse.Update: After speaking with their boss this morning and letting him know I was in meetings and would pay later in the day, they called me an hour later and left a voicemail threatening collections or lien on me. We recently used Rainy Day Restoration when our home was hit by a small tornado. We used them for roofing, fencing, interior and exterior painting and water mitigation. Very pleased with the ease of working with all their employees. Every worker showed up when they were supposed to, did their job and cleaned up mess when they left. Since the first job they did for me 6 years ago, I have used Rainy Day Services to repair fascia, drywall, soffit and water damage. They installed new flooring in one of my rooms, rectified a poor preexisting garage remodel and this year they replaced my roof. My roof was done in 1.5 days and looks pretty sweet. I'm glad I found them.

Noticed our a.c. unit flooding in the evening. Called Rainy Day. John was great and sent is guy quickly. We were amazed at the response time!Ed was professional and skilled. He salvaged a lot more than we thought he could. He set up the dryers. Jeff amd John came later and helped us determine all the damage and helped us walk thru the insurance process. What a great thing because is really is a PROCESS! It's nice to have competent and caring professionals on your side! Hope we never flood again, but if we so, Rainy Day will be our first choice again!
