Scott came to look at my possible leak. Used his very expensive professional drone. Took pics of my roof. Showed me that there was nothing wrong around my vent. Probably rainstorm high winds put water in vent. Very professional & polite. As we know there are shady contractors out there that take advantage of people. This company did not.

Long over due review my apologies to both the company and all the customers I may have been able to help. Proud owner of a beautiful bullet proof roof. From David my estimator/ sales rep, the wonderful ladies in the office, Ceasar my project's foreman, the amazing workers on the crew, and yes I even dealt with Scott the owner who took it upon himself to reassure me when unexpected rain showed up. This company is amazing , thorough, up to date on city ordinances, very prompt and deliver an amazing finished project in a timely manner. Love the reassuring ability to log in and see the work as it's being completed and my insurance company was blown away by the protection level of my roof as well as for their inspection requirements. They are extremely professional and left my property clean and gleaming. It's been over a year and never found a roofing nail to date. Use them you won't be sorry!

I am one of the sad stories of hiring an out of town scam artist. The unnamed fraudulent contractor damaged my roof. I was turned on to bayfront roofing when looking for someone to repair the damage. They did not ask for money upfront and were very professional through the whole project. I am very happy to say I would call them and recommend them anytime! Thank you everyone from bayfront roofing!

I was thinking it was time to replace my roof. By coincidence while watching tv a commercial for Bayfront Roofing and Construction caught my attention. I'm extremely glad I happened to be tv watching that night. I spoke with other roofing companies but none impressed me as Bayfront. Every person I came in contact with from Bayfront was knowledgeable, professional and eager to help. Bayfront wasn't the less expensive but you have that feeling you are getting value for every cent spent. I have no buyer remorse and my house looks great. I'm a happy guy. If you need a roof I can't recommend Bayfront more strongly. And BTW they gave me a Veteran discount.Service: Roof installation

I am posting this review for another sweet couple Crystal and Ivan, "My husband and I were sitting in our living room watching the evening news. A commercial came on for a company called Bayfront Roofing and Construction and the man's name talking was Scott. At this point it had been several months since we saw our original contractor who made off with most of our money and we were unsure of what to do on trusting of other people but knew we needed to have the house completed because water was actually coming in a huge hole in the roof. We called Scott financing was available since our money was all gone from the previous contractor, they were on time they were polite they were very helpful and did a beautiful beautiful job of our house and the roof. Now every time the weather is terrible outside especially when it's cold and raining or sleeting terrible thunderstorms, I'm sitting in my cozy living room thanking Scott and his family and employees very very much. With the upcoming warm-weather I'm not worried at all that we're going to be hot and have a breeze blowing through that hole in our roof. House was damaged by hurricane Harvey. I hired Bayfront construction to make the repairs and was not disappointed. Great people, answered all my questions delivered on what they promised. If I had any questions, which there were many, or any issues( of which there were very, very few) the answers came promptly and issues were resolved quickly. I would use them again in a heartbeat( hopefully will never have to, one Harvey was enough). Randy their field supervisor is very knowledgeable, courteous and polite. Please knowing him. I heartily recommend this company!

I had a 21 year old concrete tiled roof that got affected by Hurricane Harvey. Repairs were not working and I considered a steel roof. My first estimate was provided by Bayfront Roofing and the owner, Mr. Ricks, personally contacted me and we set up an appointment. I had no knowledge about a steel roof but quickly learned the benefits of having one. I did interview 3 other companies but Bayfront was best for me. A detailed estimate was provided, explanations on stages of work was also given and the project was completed. Workers were on time, personable, efficient, picked up after themselves and left area clean every evening. I have received many compliments from neighbors and strangers who took photos of roof. I certainly will use Bayfront again.

I just had gutters installed and appreciate the quality and customer service that George and his crew exhibited. Specifically, he asked me questions about my preference on downspouts placement and even moved the rain barrel and set it up on pavers, which is above and beyond his job. Owner was very professional and answered all my questions. Home roof was done within 3 days and not a spec of debris left behind. Called a month later to find out abt windstorm cert and office personnel were very helpful. Great experience with this company. The pics they provided of my new roof were beautiful. I am so happy I found Bayfront Roofing and Construction. From the first call I made, all the way to the end, they were professional and courteous and provided me with a fair quote to redo my roof. They were available when I had questions/concerns, and even worked around my schedule.They removed my old worn out and leaky tar and gravel roof completely and installed a new torch down roof over 3 inch thick foam insulation sheets. The roof came out beautifully, I even had some neighbors come over to admire it and get Bayfront's contact info. Scott's crew are true craftsman who know how to build one hell of a roof. They replaced any rotted wood they found on the roof and the fascia, and installed Hardie board over the fascia to protect against dry rot in the future. And those foam insulation sheets have made a HUGE difference in the comfort level of my home. My A/C doesn't turn on as often as it used to, and the temperature just stays at the level we set it to for much longer. I can't wait to see the savings I will be getting on my electric bill.As far as the performance of the roof, 2 days after they completed it we had a VERY heavy rain in our area, and the leaks that had prompted us to get a new roof were no longer an issue. I am so glad I called them and invested in a new roof. I would absolutely recommend Bayfront Roofing to anyone who is looking for a professional roofer who does not compromise on quality and workmanship and truly cares about delivering an excellent product and service to their customers.If you're tired of dealing with contractors who are basically just a couple of guys in a pickup truck, who you can't get a hold of when you need to, or who will say that they will be there and never show up, or dealing with contractors who give you a cheap quote and even cheaper workmanship that doesn't last, call Bayfront. I promise, you will be glad you did.

I contracted Bayfront Roofing to get an estimate for my mom's badly damaged roof. Not only did they come out the same day for a free estimate, we received the estimate by the next day - which in terms of material and labor surpassed the other companies I had called out! Total work completed in less than 3 days. This is the company you want on your side! Answered every question from start to finish, even assisted with picking out the color of the shingles! I changed insurance companies and the inspector from Allstate noticed several places needing repair and or shingle replacement. I called Bayroofing as suggested by my friend working in the real estateBusiness.This Bayroofing Company were on time and very professional. Would not recommend. Owner has questionable morals, and their crews are underpaid and inexperienced. They do not pay their subcontractors what was agreed on in the beginning, and they do not care about their customers. Ask around professional contractors in the area before hiring this company. Don't take my word on it. Research their work yourself.
