I highly recommend working with 360 Roofing, and Adam Hernandez specifically, if you are in need of anything roof related.We were in the process of selling our house and need our roof done in a time crunch and Adam, our Sales Rep, went above and beyond making sure everything got done in a timely and efficient manner. He was on site multiple times to meet with inspectors and insurance agents to make sure they were aware of all the issues so that we got the proper amount of the claim.Once work was completed they worked with us on different, flexible, payment options that worked with the sale of the house.Give them a call and ask for Adam!

Our insurance company connected us with 360 Roofing and Restoration. Due to major hailstorm damage, our roof, gutters, and screens had to be replaced. We also had some water damage to drywall in several areas in our home.We could not have been more impressed with the quality of work and the experience of working with Adam Hernadez of 360 throughout the process. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Adam always responded quickly and came out to the house many times to check on work or address any issues we had. I wouldn’t hesitate to use 360 again and would definitely want to work directly with Adam.

In July 2019 360 then 380 came and put a new roof on our house and on December 31st we had a major leak. They repaired the leak but it required a second repair because the first repair was horrible. Then in July 2023 the roof by the dormer window lifted up and flapped. My husband spoke with Coy Wilson. Coy told him that he would send someone out to fix it but after several texts and left messages we never heard or saw Coy Wilson or his crew.This is our reason for never ever using or recommending 360 roofing to anyone.

I had the worst experience using 380 roofing and remodeling. Very poor communication, it took about 2-3 months to get any repairs done, all the work that was supposed to be completed was not done and they still expected me to pay full amount, wrong paint color was used on my garage door without notifying me which now it doesnt match my trim. When I asked for an itemized bill of the services completed, mike said they dont give itemized bills, very sketchy. I would NEVER recommend this company to anbody I know.
