Nothing but good things to say about my experience with American Eagle Builders about how they handled the pouring of a new outdoor patio and the enclosure of our existing covered patio. Our salesman, John, was a real delight to work with as was Ashley in the front office. They worked diligently with the city of Arlington to get the building permit approved and were able to start work almost immediately once it was. Our installer, Mike, was was very methodical and took his time to make sure everything was done right. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work--shown in the photos--and are now waiting on another contractor to put in the wood flooring. Highly recommend this company to others seeking similar work.

Contacted them about replacing the outside window casing they installed when they put in our windows.. explained to them they used indoor only product that had deteriorated over time. They blamed me for not painting to protect the frame.So I had to replace the frame which was leaking the north wind.I have images to prove my claim.So beware.

We had our patio concrete coated and then had it screen enclosed. Both crews were really nice and easy to work with. Very thorough and paid attention to detail. I recommend this company.

This is actually the second time they have worked on my home.In 2008 they replaced 75% of the windows in my home.Last week they came back to replace 2 more windows and to repair the brick work around the windows. They were very professional and timely. I would recommend them in a heart beat. I will use them in the future if the need arises again.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism the works displayed during the installation and completion of the job. Even though therain threw the scheduled completion time off it was still completed in a timely fashion. The patio has given my back yard that extra boost it needed to complete my home.It was easy to talk to the sales team and the contractors and they were willing to answer my questions. They responded without hesitation to satisfy my concerns when I had questions after the patio completed. I wasn't rushed into signing off on the project until everything was completed to my satisfaction. If you're looking to add a patio I would recommend American Eagle Builders.

American Eagle Builders installed our new pergola last week. We went with half foam insulated solid cover and half pergola. The solid side is set up to the West to block out the evening sun. We love it! It makes the back yard a lot more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The windows are great they look good and they have made a big difference in noise, and temperature of our home. We live next to the highway so there is always noise after the windows we hardly notice it. As far as the temperature with the insulation of the windows and radiant barrier we could feel the difference immediately. And last the insulation was awesome, they were quick clean and professional. The new windows were the only trace that they had been here. American Eagle Builders are awesome they delivered what they promised. We would recommend them and are happy with them. Very professional, the windows are fantastic I can really tell a difference. The temperature in the house has maintained the desired temperature. I am looking forward to see what my electric bill will be this month I know it will be lower. The installers are very professional and did an outstanding job installing the windows. The builders of the windows did a fantastic job all the windows fit perfectly. It was so exciting to open up the window to enjoy the outside air because the window easily opened unlike my 23 year old windows where it was very difficult. I highly recommend American eagle builders they are worth every penny.

I was so concerned about how the new windows were going to replace the old ones. But when the men got here, they made me feel assured that everything was going to work out. And it did, they were great, covered everything and cleaned it all up. Then they even put my things back on the shelves. I never expected that. So don't worry they know what they're doing and do a great job. You will be happy with their work. To top it off they were friendly and respectful.

The windows look amazing. They worked 10 out of the 13 windows in one day, came back the next and finished the job. They were very clean. Covered all my furniture around with plastic then cleaned after they were done as they move trough the house. Highly recommended. I saw some reviews were people were talking about the estimates being a scam. But if you know you are going to replace your windows. You know you are going to spend money on it, and my experience with them was great!!!. The windows are beautiful, the workers were very respectful of my house and the quality of the windows is great, I don’t even hear the cars coming by anymore.

It has been almost a month now since American eagle came to add insulation to our attic. I have been amazed at how less often the ac unit turns on. The house stays a constant temperature too! The installers showed up almost an hour late but worked efficiently and were very professional. They got the work done quick and did a good job. I am very impressed and satisfied with the work the performed.

My house looks beautiful with my new windows and I'm all winterized and the noises from out side has reduced to very little. Just the company said it would. American Eagle Builders installed insulated siding on my house a couple years ago. Not only does it still look brand new, but I haven’t had any issues with frozen pipes or a cold house ever since. With all the damage people had to their homes these last couple of freezes, I feel like my siding has already paid for itself. I highly recommend!

Very recently had all my windows replaced with American Eagle. Everything from the initial presentation to the final install was very thorough and detailed. The initial visit itself was a very nice learning experience as they how your windows should work and what happens when they don't, as well as them showing us the windows they themselves were selling. I was immediately impressed with the look and overall quality of the windows. Very thick, easy to work, visually pleasing and overall great quality.When the install came around, they impressed me even more. They came in, did a group of windows at a time, being careful to remove everything as careful as possible and cleaning up their mess as they went along. It was very thorough and methodical.It's been a few weeks since the install and we can definitely notice a difference inside the house, still waiting to see how well they do in the winter since that is where my bill gets high (electric heat). Overall though i am very pleased with their work. The windows look great, and love the fact i can use them now. Definitely a good and reliable company to work with and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to get some window work done.

My husband & I had American Eagle Builders come out for estimates on a patio cover, attic insulation and a new sliding glass door. The nice lady said the owner would come out himself to do the estimates...That didn't happen, but the guy they sent was professional & gave a decent price on the door & insulation. He said someone would call & give the estimate for the patio cover per his measurements. The guys who put the insulation in were on time & did a good job. I was concerned a bit though that they only "blow insulation" and don't prep or seal anything in the attic, which I thought was the 1st step of attic insulation. They did put safety barriers around all the recessed lighting though)... The next job was the sliding glass door, which had been delayed due to the TX freeze. The two guys show up on time, professional & install the door just fine & it looks nice. We found very shortly afterwards there was an issue with it sliding properly & the screen not locking & they have since sent someone out to fix that. I can now say the door looks & works great! Also, I can definitely feel the difference in temperature comfort within the house, & look forward to the energy savings... Although there were a few rough patches regarding communication, scheduling & delays, overall we are pleased with outcome.

We wanted new windows for our house but busy schedules and budget caused us to determine we wanted to tackle the project in phases. We split the project into 2 parts. The back of the house (facing the evening sun) was our first choice and they were able to get everything completed within a day. We could immediately see a difference in our energy bills! The following year, we completed the project by replacing the rest of the windows. Once again, they were punctual, professional, and just overall great to work with. We are very happy to have these great windows in our house!

I had a patio cover installed. They first said the work would begin about six weeks out but to my surprise it began three weeks out. Jim was my installer and he went above and beyond to ensure I had a strong and properly supported patio cover built. Very pleased with the result and received a very favorable and fair price.

20+ years ago was the installation of siding and windows. To still be in business says a lot about a company. The way customers are treated is why. I have contacted AEB twice in that time span to have repairs done. Both times they have done fantastic work. Our siding manufacture changed and their staff was able to track down current owner, plus went above and beyond match as close as could to the original, and get the repairs accomplished.

American Eagle installed 9 windows a few years back and now we've had them back to do our siding and WOW, just WOW, our house looks awesome!They have been honest with their estimates, kept us informed on their schedules, rain delay, and completions. Clean polite workers.The windows are wonderful! Changed the house completely. Saved on July & Aug bills and this winter has been so much warmer in the house!!The siding has really improved the look of the house! I am just shocked at how nice it all looks and perfectly fits together at every corner, overhang, and porch.Would hire them again and again.
