I feel real lucky that I discovered American National Roofing. I asked Angie's list for a recommendation and as soon as I posted that I wanted help with my roof Ray called.From the first time I met him he's done more and gone beyond what he needed to do.I own two houses and because he did such a great job on the house I live in I asked him to do the roof on my second house, too. I'm really grateful to have found a contractor that is honest and always goes above and beyond.

Ray stopped by because he was working on another customer’s nearby. He took the time to inspect my roof for free, provided pics and videos to explain his advice, and gave free advice on how to fix things myself. Very friendly! Kept his company’s card, will definitely contact for work.

I have statefarm insurance and tried 2 times to get my roof replaced. I hired American National who sent Ray to the rescue. Ray was knowledgeable about the insurance process and succeeded in getting my roof replaced and some other items included my skylight, she’d completed. He made sure we had the best quality of shingles(GEF) 30 year warranty. Ray was great!! I honestly did not think it would happen! I want to send a special thanks to Justin our inspector support for making the process easy with no stress! Thanks American National Roofing & Restoration for caring about the home owner!!

We had a large limb fall on the roof causing damage. Called ANR& at 10:30 AM the Saturday before Christmas. Ray was on site in 2 hours to complete tut repairs before it started raining. Very, very, satisfied.

I am very delighted to write this review as I have not had a good experience with my last roofing company. Ray answered my phone call and even scheduled to come to my home and provide an inspection on the SAME DAY. He was prompt, and arrived exactly when he told me he would. He went into my active and identified the problem and even took pictures to verify as proof. I liked this!!!...it shows me that he is trying to be honest with his customers. I cannot say enough positive things about American National Roofing and very specifically, Ray. We met Ray on a super stressful day where we had learned our new insurance company planned to cancel our coverage following a roof inspection that found damage which we didn’t even know we had. I thought, if we just replace it, they will continue our policy, right? (Wrong, but that’s a different story). So I found myself online putting in a request for roofing companies to reach out to us, and Ray was the very first person we spoke with. He called within minutes of my inquiry, listened to our situation, and assured me he could help. He came to look at our roof the very same day. I will be honest, I was super skeptical at first about Ray’s claim that our previous insurance company would pay for the roof. I was already preparing myself for how we would afford to pay out of pocket. But American National Roofing handled literally everything with the insurance company and continued to follow-up with them, even after the first inspection from the insurance company didn’t go as we hoped. American National Roofing had the insurance company come do a second inspection and just as Ray assured me, they paid out our claim. It was such a relief for us, not only financially, but just to know that we had this amazing company advocating for it’s customers and truly limiting the stress for us. With the claim approved, Ray let us know they could start work the same week! Unfortunately this didn’t work for our schedule, but Ray was super accommodating with pushing to the next week which brings us to today. The crew arrived bright and early and got to work. They did an incredible job - not only on the roof they were here to replace - but even with how they treated our property. We have lots of flower beds which the crew ensured were protected during the process. All plants are safe and sound! And they cleaned everything from the ground when they were finished, like they were never here! Honestly with what it looked like while the old roof was coming off, I was concerned. But I shouldn’t have been. Ray made sure to walk us around the property at the end of the day, and talked us through the work that happened. This could have been just a very basic, transactional experience. The quality of work, the professionalism, and the genuine care I felt as a customer far exceeded my expectations. Pick this company. We had a small leaking on the roof when it rained hard last week and were looking for a roofing company. When we sent a quote request, they promptly contacted us and made a initial inspection appointment the same day. He showed up on time, inspected the issue and quickly fixed the part within an hour. I used American National Roofing for a full roof replacement. Ray also let me know that I needed to add more attic venting which he added. My old roof was blistered. My replacement was done after a hail storm. I got a Class 3 shingle and feel so much better prepared for the next storm. My old roof leaked and damaged some interior walls and ceiling and I haven’t had any leaks with my new roof. I have State Farm which can be difficult to get some claims approved through but Ray and Dalia (sp?) were super helpful in getting my new roof approved. The installation was flawless. Robert Johnson, the project manager, kept me updated throughout the process. I have some very nice plants in my flowerbed and they really made sure everything was protected well and cleaned up better than any company has before. This is my 3rd roof replacement in my life and usually I pick up nails and debris for months afterwards. But not this time. I will definitely use this company again but I’m hoping with a Class 3 roof, I won’t need anything else roof related for a long time. Price: I got several quotes and this company wasn’t the cheapest but I felt like the most professional and I got an upgraded shingle for free. I definitely made the right decision.
