If I could rate them 0 stars I would! Where do I even begin. SHADY!! Promise no deductible out of pocket in exchange for the job, I’m licensed in insurance and know that’s FRAUD but unfortunately my father fell for it. Once they had his job - they were quick to collect his check but delay after delay. Now the home is missing pieces included in the insurance payout but they won’t fix it because tge deductible was suppose yo cover it. WHAT DEDUCTIBLE. They promised no deductible and now wont complete tge whole project. But theyre quick ti come to your house for a check!! Would never hire them or recomend.

Classic replaced my roof and it was easy and quick. The Salesman took care of everything and having been a roofer myself, I know it's not easy. I got better materials then were put on my roof by the previous roofer. They even fixed his screw ups. I would highly recommend Classic Roofing!Service: Roof installation

Jeanine Ponder facilitated our repair and roof installation. She made everything so easy. Jeanine assisted us with contacting our insurance company and filing our claim. When the insurance adjuster came she was here to ensure he noticed all the damages and gave us a fair estimate. I would definitely recommend Classic Roofing and Construction. Over promise, no delivery. They over promised at the beginning the inspection that the roof damage will be covered by insurance company 100% and no out of pocket expense, however, after the claim was filed, and claim was declined by insurance, then it took weeks and months to get their response for additional reports, supporting materials etc. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Not a very good experience with this company. They did not finish the job and laid about the total price for the repairs. They contacted the insurance company without my knowledge. They never provided me with a detail quote/invoice for the job or copy of the invoice before or after they did my roof, they contacted my insurance company requesting more money then months later they decided to write me bill/invoice with a ridiculous dollar amount. And the job still not complete. Also They tell you that you don’t have to pay the insurance deductible because they will take care it as long they get your business. Now on the new contract / invoice they are demanding the deductible. Do not trust this company. Working With an attorney after received a call from a bill collector. Also, before the bill collector called I was still talking to a representative from this company to discussed this concerns but she did not call me back. All she said that the person that wrote this contract for me was not longer employed with them anymore. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

From the beginning, starting with the inspection, all the way to completion of our project it was an exceptional experience. I attribute our experience with classic construction to Noah. He was polite and courteous at all times, professional, quick to respond to any questions we had along the way, and was careful to keep us apprised of the time schedule of each step of our repair. Noah was careful to take ample pictures to submit to our insurance company. They negotiated for high-quality supplies so our investment would have longevity. Noel also spent time educating us on the different types of shingles and their designs so that we could make an informed decision that would not only benefit the replacement of our roof but also the aesthetics of our home. We had a great experience with Classic Roofing & Construction! Laffiama (our sales rep) met with us promptly after contact, inspecting our roof carefully and finding all of the necessary repairs after a storm. He took care of interactions with the insurance company and was very responsive and thorough in responding to our questions. All of the work was done professionally; the workers were polite and cleaned up after the work was complete. Jade really saved my experience with this company. Yes it takes longer in some cases, like ours, but our new roof was worth the wait. She took the time to answer any and all of my questions (I would highly recommend working with her). The first contact I had with the company insulted me, yelled at me, was not punctual, and only seemed interested in getting the insurance money when I was trying to understand the process (this was the first time I filed a claim with my insurance) and ask questions. Jade however was patient and diligent with her work. She stepped in and completely changed my mind about working with this company. Had it not been for her I would have left a 2 star rating for poor costumer service, false promises, and costumer treatment. The work was completed in a day and she came by after to make sure the work was to my satisfaction. It took over 5 months but like I said, my new roof was worth the wait.

We used Classic Roofing for our roof repair after 2 hail storms hit our house. We had leaks in the roof as a result. Once they inspected our roof, we filed our insurance and decided to go with them. They were quick to patch the roof to stop leaks from continuing. There were a few delays in starting the roof due to other projects they were on. We had some minor issues with the roof which they resolved. I am happy with our roof. There was some interior damage that they subcontract out. We were not pleased with the work of the subcontractors interior work, but the person we worked with, Josh was fairly quick to respond and we had a resolution to those issues. Damage that their crew did, Josh ensure it was taken care of. Just not thrilled with the subcontractors interior work. Communication between us and the subcontractors (when they would preform their work) could have been better, but we are extremely happy with our roof. When we got our Inspection I wasnt expecting there to be any damage, but there was. Josh was extremely patient with my questions about their processes and what exactly they would be doing. He contacted my insurance company set up everything and even came out before the insurance adjuster to mark the damaged areas clearly to make sure nothing was missed in the claim. After my roof was replaced we had one leak in my daughters room that was addressed and fixed promptly in line with what I was told their warranty processes were. We have been very satisfied with Classic Roofing and will continue to use them and refer them to others!

Our representative Noah made our experience great from start to finish. In the beginning he seemed to answer all our questions prior to us asking them. If I did call him and had to leave a message they which was always Noah not a number of people would call back within the next 30 minutes. They finished the job in two days and had everything cleaned up. A wonderful experience with Classic Roofing and Construction. They started working with us right after the tornadoes hit and damaged roof as well as other property. They stood by us as homeowners and worked with the home insurance company for months to ensure we received the deserved coverage. They replaced the entire roof with excellent quality shingles and brought in sub-contractors to help with rest of the repairs. Experience was stellar through out the process starting with our initial communication with Laffiama (sales rep) who was there ANY time we had ANY question or concern, to his manager Josh and the entire CRC team. It is unusual to find quality vendors with this level of integrity and diligence in today's market. Cannot recommend them MORE highly for ANY roofing/construction needs, especially when dealing with an Insurance company. Hire them!!!

Noah Tomas from Classic Roofing & Construction, gave me a roof inspection. He took pictures and showed me places where i received hail damaged. He helped me setup a claim. An Insurance adjuster setup a time for the both of us with an inspector adjuster and verified the damage. They immediately Appraised the value of replacement of my house roof and 2 other building on my property and release funds to get work started. They removed all shingles down to the plywood, inspected and replaced where needed and laid all new vinyl under layer and laid new shingles and replaced turbines, covers and spouts. They painted my chimney to match and made everything look brand new. They did everything yesterday May 13, 2021, in 9 hours (including cleanup). I highly recommend Noah Tomos and Classic Roofing & Construction. They were awesome!Service: Roof installation

We had this company come out and give us an estimate they said it would be $4,400 for the job we gave them them money and they never came to do the job It’s been four months since we got our estimate and no work has been done so we had asked for money back so we can go with another company to get our roof fixed now they are saying they have to keep 20% of our money even though they have not bought any materials or schedule a work date all we have gotten from them is lies from Jade And Jesse. Stay clear from the shady business. they do not return phone calls Or emails.

Classic roofing and construction( Ian Gillespie) came out and did my roof inspection, he was very polite and made it very easy going through the whole process. Insurance originally denied my roof and I was a little upset but Ian elaborated that he disagreed and wanted to try to go back and get insurance to take care of my roof.
