The Bassett Roofing team did an outstanding job on my four bedroom home. I needed major roof repair, gutters added, iron fence painted, house painted, siding on a shed to be repaired, new screens on windows, a new door on the garage, post replaced in the front and the back of my house...and this dedicated team did it all! Fast and efficient and worked around my timeline. Donnie was upfront with pricing, what they could do, and worked with my insurance company to get the best outcome for me and my budget. Plus, they cleaned up after themselves! I've had others that did not! Great service with what you would expect in a company you can trust!

This company offered their services in a timely manner, committing to meet HVAC contractor on an agreed date and time. Communication from D. I had some damage to my roof by a raccoon. I called on Don who had previously worked on my roof w/ GAF Weathered Wood in 2015 which his crew did an awesome job then, I have no doubt the repair work will be just as great… I was right. He sent out Dan that afternoon I had called and was able to schedule me in the next day. Thought I’d share the photos of the before w/ the damage and after w/ the repairs w/ the Quad Sealant to keep everything watertight. I was glad to see the shingles haven’t aged much. Thank you again for getting this completed so quickly and affordable, Don and Dan!

Don Bassett Roofing is the very best in the metroplex. Don Bassett has done both full roofing jobs and minor storm repairs for us for many years - he is honest and has the most competitive prices. Our most recent visit was due to a leak from the storm 12/21/ 2023. Even this close to Christmas , Cesar and Alberto showed up within an hour and put up a tarp to seal the leak. They returned the next day with the matching shingles and finished the repair. We are very impressed with the quality of their work and their attention to detail. I've used D. Bassett Roofing for two separate repairs on my roof. One five years ago when a valley started to leak and recently when we started having a leak around the chimney. Both times they were fast, courteous, price competitive, and performed high quality work. D.Bassett Roofing replaced my roof more than 5 years ago. Don came out himself to talk with me and put together the bid. I had some unusual items I wanted done and he had no problem incorporating them into the job. The job was done on time as promised. As all new roofs are prone to do, it had some minor issues but Don was extremely responsive in addressing them. He even went so far as to fix an issue even after the warranty expired. When I noticed roof damage and granule loss I contacted three roofers for inspection. One of them was Don with D. Bassett. He was the only one who told me that I was not experiencing hail damage but rather significant blistering from a shingle defect. Instead of pushing me to file a homeowners insurance claim like the other two roofers, Don walked me through how to file a shingle defect warranty claim with the manufacturer. He walked me through next steps and the entire process with processing the warranty claim. Fast forward several months later, I received full coverage and compensation from the manufacturer for a completely new roof all because of the time and effort from Don. He helped me get this roof covered. What's more, the quality of work was exceptional. His crew was professional and did great work. I would suggest D.
