Doug came out and provided a free estimate. He spent almost an hour and a half explaining my situation to me , educating me on foundations, and even advised a neighbor having a similar issue. He ultimately was very honest about the fact that it was in my best interest to go through the homebuilder for my situation even if it did not benefit him. 5 star service highly recommended and very knowledgeable.
