Santos, Jose, and their team are by far the best contractors that I have ever worked with and I have used a few. They do what they say, are on time, and keep the work place very clean while doing the job. They replaced all of the Masonite siding and trim on our house and workshop with Hardie Board and painted everything. Our 37 year old house house looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the job they did for us. Let's get right to the point, if you are in need of anything on the exterior of your home, Santos and his team at Elite Exteriors are top notch! I am VERY particular about my home and always do a TON of research before embarking on an improvement project. When it came time to do the siding on my 30+ year old home, it was no different. During my research I interviewed 3 different companies, but I knew as soon as I met with Santos, there was something different about him and Elite Exteriors. From the moment he stepped foot on my property, his attention to detail and overall genuinely caring attitude really showed. His proposal came in exactly when he said it would, and his prices were extremely reasonable and competitive. What set Elite apart though, was the fact that they didn't try to nickel and dime, or short cut anything. Everything was clearly spelled out, and truthfully, they do things the RIGHT way (including doing things that other contractors try and short cut or leave out.) For transparency, we were in the middle of a larger project on our home, and I brought Santos and Elite exteriors in for the siding/painting/gutters portion. Santos' flexibility with scheduling and easy-going attitude made working with them a breeze! When install day came, his team was prompt and on the ball and got the job done faster than I ever thought it could be! I even had some "custom requests" that they handled not only well, they took care of them as if it was their own house. Let's just say this: The finished project was amazing! Our house looks brand new, and truthfully, they paid attention to each and every tiny detail. Not only did they do an amazing job, at the end of each day, they left my property just like they found it, and always cleaned up after themselves (believe me, that is hard to find these days!) I have already had numerous people, including other contractors, ask me who did our siding and I am proud to say that Santos' at Elite Exteriors did! I am definitely a customer for life!

Santos and his crew are phenomenal!My house looks completely new, and they went above and beyond all expectations.Santos is very understanding and easy to work with, doesn't try to upsell you on work or materials, and gives you an honest opinion on what should be fixed and what could go a while before needing any work.He and his crew are trustworthy, punctual, very detail oriented, very communicative, work around you without any hassle, and above everything want to make sure that the work they've done meets all of your expectations.The pricing was either comparable or way below 6 other companies I had come out, and even with the markets current all over the place, the financing options were second to none.Just an example of them going over the top to make sure everything is perfect, they even cut down branches for me that were getting too close to the roof because they didn't want it to be an issue for me in the future, which that alone saved me a few hundred dollars.Any and all exterior work I need in the future, I wont be looking elsewhere. Working with Santos and his family and crew was a terrific experience from start to finish. They care about their customers. We had our entire two story house done during summer 2019 - all the trim and siding completely replaced with hardy board. Elite Exteriors even built a front porch railing and installed all new exterior lighting and gutters for us as well. They took pride in their work and had great attention to the small details. Our siding was in bad shape. We are so pleased with the results.We took our time in researching and selecting which vendor to work with being such an important investment in our home. There were very few local certified installers for hardy board when looking on James Hardy website for recommendations. We reached out for quotes from 3 vendors. One does not offer financing anymore, leaving us with two bids. Elite was a much better price and the personal service was way above that from the larger vendor. Santos was true to his word. No issues at all with communication. He took care of us from beginning to end and the final results for our 1960's home was beautiful! I would highly recommend Elite for any of your exterior needs. They certainly have a life long customer with us!

Santos and his team did a complete removal of our existing vinyl siding, made the necessary repairs to the damaged backing material and then replaced the siding, the soffit and the fascia with new Hardi siding. Wow! What can I say? Their work speaks for itself. Elite Exteriors replaced all of our soffit and fascia with hardie board as well as some tricky sunburst custom design trim. They also painted the exterior and installed gutters. All work was done at a very fair price - our house looks better than brand new! We have very high standards and Santos and his crew exceeded our expectations above and beyond what we could ever ask or hope for. We will definitely be a return customer for windows and roofing.

Could not ask for more professional operation!Crew arrived on time. 2 days to remove the old siding on the studio, nail on plywood over entire exterior, then Tyvek, then Hardi Board, then caulk, paint, reattached light fixture, AC alarm box and horn, sprinkler controller and sensors, etc. Painted the tool shed that had been primed but never painted gratis. Cleaned up each day.

After an awful hail storm in 2021, Elite replaced our siding with Hardie Board as well as the trim around our garage doors and the "ceiling" of the breezeway between our garage and home. Everything was painted beautifully, including the garage doors and all three exterior doors on our home. Additionally, a section of trim around our front door looked a bit rough, and they replaced and painted that area as well. Santos and his team worked fast and professionally. Santos even pointed out an issue with the soffits that the roofer had just installed. The roofer agreed and returned to fix the issue. All work has held up well over the past 21 months. We are very pleased and highly recommend Elite.

I had a hard time finding a contractor that would replace my entire home with James Hardie Board.  Almost every contractor didn't or wouldn't use James Hardie Board.  I called Elite Exteriors because I had contacted James Hardie directly and they gave me their contact information.  I called and they came out the very next day and spent 3-4 hours going over every option.  I knew at this point if  sales was willing to stand out in this heat with me for that long....we were dealing with someone who was invested in our renovation.We scheduled for 4 weeks out so that all new windows and other materials had time to arrive.  They promptly showed up everyday on time and worked all day in TEXAS July heat! The craftsmanship and attention to DETAILS is what I am impressed by.  My whole experience was nothing short of a pleasant experience. I would definitely work with them again.

Absolutely fantastic company to work with! We had Elite Exteriors replace all the wood and fiber board on the exterior of our home with James Hardie fiber cement board and then paint the exterior as well. The Elite crew could not have been more professional. The quality of their work was outstanding and we really appreciated their attention to detail. They were careful not to damage any of our landscaping and they kept our property clean during the job. The owner, Santos, was always available if we had questions and he always made us feel like we were his only customer. I also really like the fact that they don’t collect a deposit before starting the job. You pay at the end of the job and only when you are satisfied with the work they did – what a novel idea!Would definitely use them again and we will highly recommend their services to our family and friends.

Elite Exteriors replaced the old siding on three gables of our house using James Hardie Board. They also painted the new siding, and installed a new exterior front door. From our initial contact with Elite until the very end of our project, we found this company to be personable, prompt, professional, and very easy to communicate with.
