Brock is a great guy to do business with. He just replaced my roof after hail damage in 2018. Not only did he help me select the replacement shingle type and color, he coordinated with a subcontractor to repain the exterior of my house and replace the gutters. Every part of the process was a breeze, including the inspection, estimate, working with insurance, and the actual roof replacement. Over the years we have contracted several projects @ our home and this experience stands out to us on several levels. The quoting process was simple to understand and Brock was patient to provide us great detail before the project started. He kept us well informed leading up to install and during the actual project. All our questions were responded to quickly and comprehensively. Lastly, and probably the most impressive is he spent days @ our home personally after the completion to make sure everything was buttoned up and the project not only met our expectations, but exceeded. This is my first home and I had a great experience getting a new roof. I first noticed a hole in my roof when cleaning out the gutters. They came by and patched up the hole for me while I was at work so that no further damage would be done while I worked with my insurance company. They helped explain the insurance process and everything centered around my schedule. There was no pressure, just honesty and helpfulness. I was very impressed by how accommodating they were and by the response time for all of my questions. I had a lot! The crew came out, worked fast, did a great cleanup job and the final result is beautiful.
