We were very satisfied with Frazier from the beginning contracting phase to the completion of the roof and gutter replacement. From the management to the actual people who installed the roof and gutters they were customer oriented. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We don’t have experience with any post installation followups such as leaks, shingles, gutter, or solar fans. We have recommended Frazier to several neighbors so far.

So far we could not be happier with Frazier Roofs and Gutters. Recommended by neighbors and highly rated, Frazier was more than happy to fix a hole in our roof from a tree falling over unlike all others who were ONLY interested in a full roof replacement.The work was scheduled quickly, the gents who came out to repair it were professional and friendly, the price was very reasonable and the work was perfect.UPDATE: The Frazier gutter guys came out Tuesday to complete the job of replacing the damaged gutters that happened at the same time as the hole in the roof. Once again I could not be happier. The two gents were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They did a great job of replacing the gutters and painting to match the house. They did show up after rescheduling. However, it was a quick job. They said they can patch my roof after I asked if it was time to see if I should get a new roof. They said no. However, the insurance company and another roofing coming disagreed. So I did not go with them. I will be getting a new roof.

I'll start off by saying the gutters we had installed look great and I'm very happy with the work they did on the house. The two man team that came out were very professional and polite and did a great job with everything. Based on the work done, I definitely recommend Frazier for gutter work.My gripe with this company is communication, and I hope they improve on this because it's their main weakness from my experience with them.After having someone come out and give us a quote, I was emailed the estimate to sign and return in order to confirm the work. I had it signed and returned via email immediately, and then never heard back. When I contacted them they were always polite and friendly on the phone but explained I would just get a call from the installers a couple of days before they were able to make it out. It took me two more calls over the next few weeks to get an idea of when they were going to make it out.They were always apologetic and nice and respectful, and I understand that with current circumstances being short staffed, along with a week of rain, things can get backed up. But it's frustrating that I had to reach out to them to even know if they were going to do the work on our house.So this review is more for the company: Evan sending out an email or calling the customer once a week with an update would've been enough. Not everyone has the luxury of working from home like my wife and I have been fortunate enough to have, and some people have to schedule time to be around for work like this. A little communication goes a long way.One more thing: add a way to pay invoices online. I couldn't pay the workers the day of for some reason, so now my options are mail a check or pay an extra 2% fee to use my debit card?Anyway, I definitely recommend this company because the work was excellent and the gutters and color look great on the house. I just hope they can improve their customer relations and communications a bit.

I used Frazier Roofs and Gutters to replace both my roof and gutters that were damaged in the March 2023 hail storm. Joseph Ayala was my sales representative, and he made the process go as smoothly as possible. The roofers showed up on time and were very efficient with their work. They also did a great job of cleaning up after the roof was complete.The gutter installation guys arrived 2 days later to replace the damaged gutters. The gutters were made on site and Frazier was even able to match the paint color of my fascia boards.This is our second experience with Frazier Roofs and Gutters (thanks to Texas Hailstorms), and we will not hesitate to contact them again.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

Competent, reliable professionals!We had Frazier do a reroof after catastrophic hail damage in 2007. The new roof has served us well during the intervening years. They did repairs a few years ago that solved some minor leaks. The estimator William and the crew he later sent were punctual and professional. Frazier also did gutters for us a few years ago and they look and perform great. It's a drag to know we will eventually need a reroof but a comfort to know that we have a great resource in Frazier when the time comes.I unreservedly recommend them.
