After moving to TX, first time I have to deal with hail damage and then I started gathering information and many sales rep contacted me and told we will cover you deductibles etc once you grant us access to handle insurance claim etc, but then I got reference of Dennis from my friend and first thing he told me let insurance adjuster do his job and we will do our job not asking about sharing insurance information and that struck me like WOW finally some I met who is truely Honest to customer. His team did excellent job replacing roof and adjusting ventilation that requires less maintenance and more efficient. Also he gave outright beat quote with same materials other were quoting really high. I would definitely ask some one who is looking for roof replacement should get in touch with him. His quotes are very detailed with all information that customer should be aware of. All I can say at least get in touch with him once..you will be glad that you contacted him...

After attempting to get several bids on replacing my roof I came across HonestRoof.com. I say attempt because my experience with other roofing contractors when inquiring about a bid well they were more interested in what my insurance company was giving me to replace my roof rather than just giving me a bid on what it would cost to do the job. HonestRoof.com was able to give me a bid using satellite imaging, a very convenient method for my husband and I as we are busy people that had already taken the time to meet with other contractors. I was able to get a bid from Dennis w/ HonetRoof.com within 24 hours he never even asked if we had an insurance claim, and he was thousands of dollars less than the bids we had already received! After checking his reviews with BBB we went ahead and hired HonestRoof.com to do our work. We were NOT disappointed! The crew showed up when scheduled. The worked proficiently, took extra care to protect our property, did a great job cleaning up, and were done in less than 7 hours. Honest Roofing was referred from a neighbor on the the Next Door app, and I decided to give them a try for myself.Just let me say, the response time was impeccable, and the ability to finish the project in a day was a plus. They have great shingle options to choose from as well. I have never had a full roof replacement, and Honest Roofing made this effortless and timely.The crew was respectful and I recieved updates and pictures of the progress being done on my roof. I'm horrible with names, so I'm not sure if it was Dennis who came after everything was fished and done, but whoever he was, he provided information regarding my roof and the fact I had the wrong size vent and it was not installed correctly. They updated and fixed!Overall it's definitely a company I would reccomend. I had 2 other's who were well over priced and didn't provide any cost estimate sheets or reasoning for lack of product to choose from, and the one that came reasonable to Honest Roofing, wasn't to inviting and I just didn't feel the level of attention that was received from Honest Roofing.Oh and literally, 2 days after the roof work, I had a woman stop by while I was outside working in the yard, and she asked about my Roofing. On Thursday morning we noticed water on the floor in our laundry room. During the morning we had a rain storm and high winds. I assumed that the roof was leaking and contacted Dennis from HonestRoof. Dennis returned my call within 4 hours and indicated he could come out the next day. HonestRoof has installed 2 roofs for us over the years. Dennis came out the next day and explained the warranty process to me and performed a water test to determine the origin of the leak. This day and age, it is increasingly difficult to find companies who are as straightforward and upfront as Honest Roof. I think the most important aspect of customer service is to properly manage a customers expectations. To me, an educated customer is a happy customer. Dennis really takes this to heart and it shows by all the glowing reviews, both here and on other sites.He provided a no non-sense quote which explained everything that was included in my roof replacement. I contacted several different roofers and all of them wanted to come and do in-depth full-blown inspections of the attic and roof. Dennis needed only a drone fly-by and satellite imagery to generate my quote.Before they showed up, Dennis sent an email which further explained what to expect on the day of install. I ended up having very few questions for Dennis, but those I did have, he very quick to respond.Dennis and his crew started getting set up today at dawn and were finished by just after lunch They really know what they are doing. Without question, the absolute best contracting company I have ever worked with!!! I can’t say enough great things about Dennis, his crew, and the company he runs! Exceptional customer service and follow-through on all ends. Dennis provides a detailed proposal and will take the time to discuss it without rushing the conversation along and pressuring you into anything. I had another big, local company that I have used on 2 other roof jobs come out and give me a quote on my new house. They were literally twice the price as Honest Roof with actual apples-to-apples product offerings, and Dennis even provided a few extra things that the other company didn’t. The other company wouldn’t believe me that Dennis’ quote was so low with the same high-quality products. When I showed them the quote, the salesman just mumbled under his breath and complained that he didn’t know how Dennis made any money. Yes! The price savings with Honest Roof is that substantial.
