We had the best experience working with Jenkins roofing. Matt Landrum was exceptional to work with. He answered my many questions. I was very particular about the colors I wanted with my shingles/gutters and he was patient with me. He also helped me to understand any questions I had regarding invoicing and with our insurance company. We couldn’t believe they got our roof replaced in a day. It was so fast and they cleaned up really well. We haven’t found hardly any remaining nails in our yard. We 10/10 would recommend Jenkins Roofing!

Jenkins roofing answered my call, they were so helpful with my old skylight questions. They sent Matt out the next day! He was so informative, did a free inspection on the roof and skylights, he suggested that we only replace one and seal the other. He didn’t upsell, just explained what was needed. We just had some roof repairs and added gutters at our new property. The gutters with the stainless guards match the existing metal and fascia perfectly. The installation was difficult on a three story steep pitched roof which was no problem for the expert installers. Matt Landrum and the team at Jenkins did amazing job helping us select the system we wanted, and following through with the installation meeting our tight move in schedule. Excellent job!!!

Todd and the crew did an amazing job installing not only a brand new roof on the house, but also some beautiful skylights. We didn't want just the traditional dome ones. We wanted something awesome, unique and modern. They came out multiple times to plan this out with us and in the end, delivered exactly what we wanted at a very fair price. Although there were a couple of little hiccups, my experience with Jenkins, esp Erik Gollhofer, was exceptional. They quickly scheduled an appointment. Erik also came the next day to be with the insurance adjuster, and he covered the damaged area. In short, they took care of everything, and if I had an issue or question, I would text and he would respond in a timely manner. He was there also in the end to check on all the work. I really appreciated the no pushing to sign a contact immediately and the attentiveness to my house repairs.

Matt Landrum and the team at Jenkins Roofing & Construction Company were great to work with. The company provided a detailed roof inspection after a hail storm and worked with my insurance company for the roof replacement. Matt sat down with me at my house to go over the roofing and gutter options and we finalized a plan. The roofing crew did an excellent job of stripping off the old shingles and installing the replacement. They also replaced a few pieces of decking that needed it and fixed a rafter that was cracked. Large 1 story roof, but the crew had it all done in under 7 hours. Their gutter person had my gutters replaced in no time at all and the window person replaced several screens that needed it. I was always able to reach out to Matt with any questions and communication was always excellent. I'm very satisfied with the service I received, the quality of GAF materials used and how the roof turned out.

I have used Jenkins Roofing for a couple of minor repairs since 2010. When it finally came time to have some major hail and wind damage repaired they were the first company I called though many had left cards/flyers or had knocked on my door. After looking in the attic and getting on the roof, it was determined that a simple bead of caulk was all that was needed. We had a piece of flashing come loose today, exposing the whole corner of our chimney to the weather. We have a 2 story home and are a bit out of fitness for high ladders. We saw Randy driving by in one of the Lewis trucks and waved him down. He offered to take a look. He got up there and refastened our errant siding. While up there, he took a look at the roof and told us it was in great shape. It is rare to find someone willing to do a good deed.
