We had some winter storms come by and wreaked havoc in our area. I had plans to put my house on the market and I was looking for a roofer who was professional and timely. I found John who proved to be professional, timely, and communicated well with not only me but my insurance adjuster. The shingle and leak warranty John put in the name of the new owners of my home without any problems. Some additional work with wood rot needed to be done and John completed that as well. These guys are busy but man they get it done. They came out right away to inspect my roof (at no cost 2x) once 3 years ago and no problems and again this year. They were able to get my insurance company information to replace my roof via pictures, price etc. They replaced my roof in one day. My new roof looks beautiful and I can't say enough about John Wade Roofing! Excellent job, great pricing and do what needs to be done! They don't add on extras that either aren't needed or necessary but give you everything you need and work with you on what you want. I received other bids and these guys won't over sell you. I'm shocked that this company requested a review from me. I hired them to put a roof on my new house and they had a few months to scope out the job. We had a tight timeframe and specific dates to complete the job as the previous owners had not yet moved out and were on a vacation. I got a call from the owner literally two days before they were supposed to begin telling me the job was too hard and roof was too high. I don't know why they didn't realize this sooner as they had bid the job. I had to rush to find another contractor to do the job and it caused a super stressful situation.
