I could not be more pleased with my experience using LBJ Roofing. My sales guy, Sergio Juarez, delivered on everything he told me during the sales process and stayed involved throughout the process to make sure I was happy. Their crew was very prompt, hard-working, friendly and delivered quality work. Thorough cleanup when they were finished. They were flexible in scheduling to work around rain showers that seemed to only pop up on my installation day. I used them for roof and gutter replacement. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering their roofing/gutter services.

A very positive experience to work with LBJ. Our neighborhood was hit with a hailstorm and after meeting with a handful of companies we decided to work with LBJ. Our main contact with the company was through Sergio Juares. He was responsive and informative and able to provide all the information and needed assistance through the process . I became acquainted with LBJ Roofing after a hail storm came through our area. The rep that knocked on my door was professional (as expected of course because they wanted my business and I gave it to them). I was then assigned two additional reps to work with during the work phases. They were both extremely professional, responsive and very pleasant to work with. I consider my experience with LBJ Roofing to be 5 stars and I would work with them again.

I thought we were in good hands but the experience was terrible! They did the roof and ceiling inside our house. They guys that were here were unprofessional and stole a perfume. I was told I was going to get a reimbursement check and never received one. They left trash inside and left over material inside the house. Trash in the back yard. I have pictures to prove that and will attach them. Today a lady came by in the morning and afternoon basically harassing us for a check that the insurance owes them. We have not received the certificate stating the roof was completed I guess we won’t get it till they get their check . I will not recommend this company to anyone and if I had the chance to go back in time I would have never chosen this company!Service: Roof repair

I have been harassed by this company for the past week NON-STOP. I understand how and why you would do door-to-door sales calls after a hail/wild storm. However, this is clearly to take advantage of home owners and residents within sales rep areas.I'd love to share a little recap on LBJ Roofing.Last week (10/04/23 to be exact) the Fort Worth/DFW Area experienced moderate winds, hail, etc.From that day forward, and I mean starting at 7:45AM the next day, I was solicited by a sales rep for this company. Not once, twice, three... and I wish I could say four - BUT FIVE TIMES. I have been visited by a rep about the "extreme damage " to my roof.Two of the early visits, I opened the door and explained to the rep "we aren't interested". Meanwhile, I have a NO SOLICITING sign clearly visible and hanging at my front door.These people could care less. I am now getting unsolicited print materials left on my door and garage, still pushing the service. As a Marketing professional, this is not how you gain new business. I want to be clear, when someone says "NO" and there are "NO SOLICITING" signs clearly visible... continued sales visits, calls or leave-behinds are harassment.Three of the leave-behind notes included the following:"WE NOTICED YOUR ROOF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED" and how may I ask? I cannot see a single shingle missing from the street. Does this mean you trespassed into my yard and home?I am all for a good hustle and selling a needed service. But this has gotten out of hand. Please express to your teams everything is not about the "sell" and about providing a need/product/service" tp a prospect. Lying and harassing does not put more sales $$$ in your pocket.I look forward to a response from leadership or management at LBJ Roofing on this, and hope it leads to better prospecting and sales for your organization moving forward.Please understand. If I receive a SINGLE piece of additional literature, let alone an unwarranted visit. I will report you to the the City, County and continuously promote your aggressive and harassing service you and your sales reps deem appropriate.I look forward to your swift and professional response.

We heard good things about LBJ Roofing, so we went with them when our roof needed replacing. Jaime and Sergio were very professional, responsive, and efficient during the entire process. Sergio constantly checked with us throughout the job to ensure we were satisfied with everything, and his crew quickly addressed any issues we had. LBJ has very reasonable pricing, and they value a good work ethic among their employees. I highly recommend LBJ to anyone needing a roof.

Sorry to say that LBJ Roofing Corp has very bad customer service after the work. I found the gas leak in Attic because I turned on my heater. I had to call Atmos energy.Atmos person asked me how long I have lived in the house and when I got my roof done.He also said that this is his 23 rd case where roofer may have damage the gas line.LBJ is not helping and keep saying I should have informed them about the gas line.I asked LBJ to come on Saturday to go over and sign but they sent someone at 7:00pm same day to sign up and she didn't look anything. Just want to sign up.How would I know that my house gas line is close to roof.No return phone call.Please be careful signing up with LBJ.Service: Roof installation

We just had our roof replaced by LBJ Roofing. Christian and his crew were friendly, professional and fast - completing the job within a day and a half. They repaired a section of water-damaged garage ceiling and replaced rotten decking and, as a bonus, they replaced the gutters on the backside of the house. The workers cleaned up easily (by placing tarps around the house to catch loose nails and debris). The job was outstanding and the cost less than competitors. Highly recommended.

A friend referred us to LBJ when our insurance company failed to cover our roof repair after a bad storm. LBJ brought to us a public adjuster, it took some time but my insurance agreed to pay for our whole roof. We are more than grateful with LBJ for this outcome, and with the professional work they did on our roof from start to finish. We fully recommend LBJ to anyone.

Christian worked hard to get me the correct assessment from my insurance company. They took care of everything, they showed up when they said they would, and did everything they said they would, and then some. Roofing is a tough business, and nothing goes perfectly, but Christian followed up and did everything he could to make things right. A first rate company, owned and run by first rate people.

The roof was replaced on March 18. 2019 , We experienced major leaks from the roof and we called the office several times and it seems like the young lady answer the phone from her cell phone and no one with authority we were promised someone will stop by and take a look at the leak and get it fixed no one ever showed upHorrible Service , absolutely the worst company out there stay away
