Mr. Jackson gave me a chance to build a patio to the house so the can install the roof at the same time and make it look like it was not an addition. I was looking to redo my fence after storms had a nice go. I found LoneStar located just within the neighborhood. While reviewing the fence they also gave me additional details on other services they provide. As it has been awhile since having the roof inspected, they offered a free inspection. The same storm that took out the fence left its mark on the roof. One thing that i found EXCEPTIONAL was Jackson's approach. He was very helpful and professioal in laying out what needs to happen and was able to talk to the insurnace company on my behalf. No insurance games! Jackson dealt with them and got the ball rolling. Nice and easy!The roof looks great. Great quality. The crew showed up on time, they did a great job including the clean-up afterwards and Jackson kept me in the loop during the roof install if some other minor repairs were needed. Honest, trustworthy and friendly service. Tim & Bre are some great people loving caring people and will take care of you! I can’t say enough about them. Timothy with Lonestar RAC cleared up a roof issue we had been having for over 6 months. We were told we needed a new roof by another contractor and we also had damage in our attic. Our insurance denied it and we had a Public Adjuster out and he told us we could go either way with getting the insurance to comply with the evaluation and cover it. We were still lost and didn’t know what to do about our attic damage either. After having him out, the attic is now fixed and it was very minimal and we in fact, do not need a new roof. I can’t say enough about his honest service. It eased our minds and helped us end the 6 month long pending and worrisome question of if we needed a new roof or not!
