Cayleb communicated with me throughout the process and was very responsive to my questions and requests. He informed me of next steps along the way. He was professional in working my insurance claims adjuster at the beginning and the end, and he followed up with my mortgage company for its endorsement of the claim check. He also alerted me to when various workers would be arriving and what they would be doing so I was never surprised.The crews that LSCG contracts are professional. They do a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. The workmanship on installing the roofing shingles is excellent. The new gutters and downspouts look fantastic, and that crew added diverters that should have been there in the first place. The claim included restaining my garage door and fence and replacing my window screens, and LSCG took care of having that work done as well.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Gutter installation, Roof inspection

Anthony was a jewel. He came highly recommended from my aunt that recently used LSCG for her roof replacement. As afirst time home owner, I really appreciated Anthony's knowledge and his ability to explain every step of the process from beginning to end in a way that I understood. When we first got the information for this company we did our research and thought this was a good company to do our roofing especially after reading all the 5 start reviews. We spoke to Anthony and 2 other representatives and at first everything was normal but eventually they completely changed our mind when we saw how unprofessional this company is and their poorly customer service. Anthony and the other 2 representatives started coming to my house and harass my family acting aggressively and even tried to get physical at one point. I’ve never experienced anything like this with any other company! We got an attorney involved but I would HIGHLY suggest if you can avoid this company please do, do your research and go with another roofing company with quality service that provides a better customer experience.
