I cannot recommend Ryan Jones and his team at Platform enough. Stop looking, this is the team you want to hire. Ryan took on a rather large residential project replacing a storm damaged roof, painting the exterior and totally transforming the interior with paint throughout, repairs, and replacing flooring. The project was completed not only on time but on/below budget. The projects were completed with quality work and craftsmanship. In short, Ryan is much more than a contractor, he's a genuine guy that goes above and beyond for you. Ryan and Luis worked with us to replace our roof after it was damaged in a severe hail storm and we couldn't be happier with the experience.We had never been through the homeowners insurance process before and Ryan was able to walk us through all of the steps and work with us and our insurer to ensure that all of the necessary work was covered. I used Platform Construction & Roofing to replace my roof and it is absolutely beautiful! We used them to replace our roof with the addition of adding ridge vents and also replacing the decking. Our roof stands out in the best way possible. It's the nicest roof on the block!Luis & Ryan were amazing to work with! I would recommend them to anyone who needs any work done to their house. Platform replaced the roof on my 1030 sq ft house in only three hours. That was from the time the crew arrived and when they left. They left the yard in great shape and used a large rolling magnet to pick up all nails and metal debris. I had a rental house in Euless and there were a couple of spots with issues reported by the tenant in May 2018. Matt come to review the whole roof and helped me to process a claim from the home insurance. Then he and his team fixed the roof while I was traveling in June. The roof looked great! I sold the house last month. You cannot tell how great it would be when the roof issue got fixed before market the house. This roof company knows what and how to provide quality services. Excellent customer service! Allen managed the tear down of the old roof and installation of the new roof. He worked with the insurance company to ensure all damage was documented, and he upgraded the attic ventilation. He always returned my calls promptly and kept me aware of each step throughout the process. He even had someone sweep through the yard with a metal detector to remove any nails. I definitely recommend this company for roofing!

My wife and I had an extremely pleasant experience with Platform Roofing. Due to a hail storm, our entire roof needed to be replaced. Since we were first-time homeowners, we weren't very knowledgeable about the process of moving from insurance claim to a new roof. That's where Platform came in and made all the difference. First, they helped me understand and walk me through the insurance process. Second, they communicated clearly what they needed to do to my roof and the approximate time frame. Third (and most importantly for me), they actually followed through with timely and excellent work on my roof with high quality materials.
