I had my roof and gutters replaced by Qualis Roofing, and unfortunately, I am disappointed with the quality of work. At the beginning, there were no issues with communication. Now, they’ve completely stopped responding to me.The new roof has multiple visible defects, including rusty metals that were simply sprayed over to make look like “new,” shingles that were damaged, and black messy glue to cover some of their work. The long-term durability of the roof and gutters is a concern. The first time it rained, I had water sitting at my front door and water sitting in the gutters (semi-fixed).Despite raising my concerns about our roof with the company, I was told their “operations team” would get in touch. It has been months and I have not heard back from anyone. Overall, I cannot recommend Qualis Roofing for roofing and gutter services based on my experience.Pictures added for reference.

Had roof replaced with Qualis and am extremely happy with their service. Timely and professional and great communication from them regarding the project timeline and insurance demands. We optioned to upgrade to a class four shingle and Travis kept us knowledgeable of the process. Jobsite was kept organized and clean. Highly recommend!!!!

Qualis replaced my roof and did an excellent job. Lisa made the process very easy and straightforward, and she was very good at making sure I understood my options. She was available for questions, and she and Kevin checked in on the project to make sure it was all going according to plan. We're very pleased with the service and the end product.

Cannot recommend these guys enough!! We've never been through the roof replacement process and were totally clueless - Hunter was so kind, responsive and informative. He walked us through every step and made it so easy. The actual roof repair was very quick and we received pictures of the progress throughout the day which was really neat! If you are looking for a roofing company that provides an excellent product and customer service for a fair price and will relieve you of the headaches associated with getting a new roof, then I highly recommend you call on Qualis. A hailstorm “totaled” our roof in Arlington, Texas and I was overwhelmed as to how I was going to address the monumental task of getting our roof replaced. From the very beginning, we were so impressed with the Qualis team. Chris continuously did a fantastic job checking in with us periodically through every step of the roof replacement process. If we had any questions, he cheerfully took the time to explain how things work as he guided us along the way. Once the roof was inspected, the Qualis team worked persistently with our insurance claims department to make sure that we were getting compensated for all the damage. They even came back to the house to get additional pictures of the damage and sent them to the insurance claim agent to get our remaining supplemental claims approved. I was so glad they handled this because I was dreading wrestling with the claims department myself. Once the claims were approved, the president of Qualis, Kelly came to our home and walked us through our roofing replacement and roof fan options. He is so knowledgeable and is very good about explaining the latest and best-value roofing material options, especially to me who knows very little about current roofing technology. The Qualis installation team came on the days they were scheduled and finished the job within two days. Because the Qualis Installation Manager, Mark visited our house several days earlier, the installation team came prepared with all the materials for roofing and with additional materials to protect our landscaping. We were thrilled to see that not a single shrub, tree, nor flower was damaged during the roofing. As for the roof, it looks great! We have had a rainstorm since the roof was replaced – no leaks! Additionally, the team did a marvelous job cleaning up the grounds around the house after the roofing was done. Great job Qualis Team! You exceeded my expectations and I will be recommending your services to all my friends in the future.

My experience with Qualis and especially Lisa has been great! My current insurance company (Allstate) denied my claim to fix my roof despite the fact that it had suffered serious hail and wind damage. That didn't deter Lisa. She advised me to file a claim with my previous insurer to get them to buy my roof, which thankfully they did! Apart from that, she was always available whenever I needed her to be at my house to point out the damage to my roof to the numerous inspectors who came by. She was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgable and best of all so caring! When it comes to the work Qualis did, it was top-notch. The roofing crew came early, finished fast, and cleaned up any mess. Now I have an amazing roof, which I know will last for years to come! Thank you so much Qualis and Lisa! I am trying to send a long complaint to you that statred March 14 and to this day nothing has been done. I started not with Daniel and now working with Mark. I have been promised many times the materials were ordered and this proof to be untrue. 2 people have been sent to my house without any information from Mark. Mark did say the materials have been ordered, we will see. If this is not completed in a weeks time, I will sent the complaint to the BBB. 4 months is way to long to keep a customer dangling. I have given Mark strick instructions about sending anyone to my house. Mark has it in message. I have zero respect for Quails company and employees.On July 19, Kevin Cartwright called me and he was with the GM, Brain, after not agreeing on Qualis like of service since March 14, Brain told me that Qualis was refunding my money, well it has been a week and no refund. If I do not get the refund by next Wednesday, August 02, I will send my information to the BBB. I may be 83 and live alone, but that is no reason for a company to not follow through with refunding my money. I wish there was a lower star than 1. Highly recommend Qualis! They did an entire siding replacement on our 40 year old home. Great work. Looks sooo good! Our project manager Mike was great to work with. He was there about every day checking on things, communicating to us each step, and assuring we were happy. And as in most home projects there are little surprises. In our case, Mike was very quick to notify us of the situation, explain it and the options, and worked to keep the additional costs reasonable. The crew worked hard each day in very high temps. When I first called Qualis, Casey had called me back. Within just a few days Casey came out and got on the roof and put upA temporary fix until they could get me scheduled. With the weather Being bad at the time I figured it would be a longgg time before repairs got done. I was WRONG within two weeks I received a call from Casey that the material was being delivered, the two men who delivered the material were very personable and set the material out back the next day, the roofers showed up. I was not home when they showed however the person that was here said they did an outstanding job, and told them how happy they are to be working for Qualis. Lisa from Qualis is awesome. She is very respectful and listens to a customer’s request and needs.Roof installation was awesome, it stopped the leak that I was experiencing, from the hail damage my house had suffered. Gutter installation was great as well.During the installation process a fascia board was damaged, but Lisa owned up to it, to fix the damage.Honestly, I think most roofers probably do a pretty good job at the end of the day. But gaining a customers initial trust is hard. And I think that’s where Lisa shines. If every roofer had a Lisa then they would be able to close on a deal with a customer on first attempt.Also a shoutout to Bryan and Yazan, for initial inspection of my roof. Do NOT use this company as a General Contractor. We hired Qualis to Gen Contractor our 2300 sq ft pool patio remodel. Firstly, the day we hired them, we had the liaison come over to take the first payment. A few mins after paying, I calked the company with a question to DISCOVER the liaison had been FIRED that very morning… guilt must have intervened as he returned the check 30 mins later! Then… First foreman hired was a liar and a thief. We had him demolish our patio, and since this just required BREAKING stuff, they couldn’t really go wrong! Mid demo, we decided to try and sell our old hot tub, we came to a deal that he would cut down a couple of tree branches…He took the hot tub and never did cut the branches, then he was arrested for non-payment of child support, and then never paid his guys. Before his eventual full disappearance, he tried to get away with pouring 2000psi concrete, instead of the 4000psi we PAID for! We had it tested and forced Qualis to pay for the demo and repour of the agreed 4000psi. He disappeared! Foreman number two STOLE an AC Compressor I was going to donate to charity! He too, refused to pay his guys! The quality of workmanship was average at best. For future reference… BE YOUR OWN FOREMAN!! Qualis knew nothing about patio work!
