Sean and Restore-Aid’s reviews speak for themselves. I went through a 7-8 month ordeal in 2022 in my home because of a busted pipe in the crawl space. Needless to say, I was panicked about the amount of damage that has been done for months. Sean and Steven located the leak, moved me out of my house, worked with my insurance, demo’d my house where needed, reno’d my house and then moved me back in. I couldn’t have been more thankful for the trust and transparency throughout the entire process. A truly good group of people and helped me navigate a nightmare of a situation. I hope I never need to call Sean again but if I do, I know I’ll be in good hands.

We had a pretty heavy water damage in our condo due to fire sprinkler going off. Sean arrived the same day along with the crew to mitigate the damage. They setup several fans and dehumidifiers immediately. Sean also worked with the insurance and provided great advice and guidance through the process. We were also given timely updates on the progress. Very quick to respond to all the questions we had.It was a very stressful situation for us and I am glad Sean and Steven were there to take care of the mitigation work for us. Sean is very professional and honest. Before I made the decision of working with him I was contacted with multiple contractors. Sean’s quote might not be the cheapest one but the value and advise I received are way more than what I paid. He not only got his work done professionally but also recommended his sub-contractors for the post-repair. He could’ve outsource those jobs by himself but he didn’t do so to save my money. Called to have Restore-Aide look at some water damage from a big dishwasher leak.Sean was incredibly prompt, courteous and professional. Even more impressive was that they are writing an estimate of the damage done to my kitchen and flooring from the leak for my insurance even though we do not need them to do a dry out of the house due to spray foam under the house.They stand to make no money from us but Sean still went out of his way to write the report.Would recommend them to anyone. Although I hope it doesn’t happen if I ever have water damage to my house I know who I will call!

Sean handled the remediation and repair of a long-term slow leak in the wall between my kitchen and living room. All of Sean's work was of the highest quality, from working with my insurance, to the remediation itself, to hiring quality subs to do the repair work, to overseeing the subs work and consistently checking in with me as the job progressed. I could not be more pleased with the results. While I certainly don't any more water leaks, I would not hesitate to hire Restore-Aid again. They have my strongest recommendation.

My home builder installed my tile shower improperly and the nearby drywall was visibly water-damaged. I found Restore-Aid through Home Advisor and was very satisfied with the service that Mr. Sean Robitailleprovided. He quickly scheduled an inspection and provided a VERY detailed and fair estimate to replace the shower. Ultimately, the original installer has taken responsibility for the damage and is now replacing the shower on their own dime. We had an AC condensation line overflow into our upstairs bathroom, flooding the floor and coming theourh to the celieng in the batchroom and closet below. Quite a mess.Sean did an amazing job. He was very responsive to our initial request. He is one of the few providers who will both remediate water damage and handle the reconstruction.He was onsite almost immediately to remediate the water damage. Holes were cut, and dryers/blowers were in place within a couple of days.While he does most of the work himself on the remediation, he uses subcontractors for the reconstruction. However, he is on top of all activities, and personally inspects each result from a quality perspective. One of the painting subcontractors did what I considered an OK job, but it didn't fit Sean's standards, so he had it redone.One of Sean's subcontractors reniged on a bid, raising the cost of the project. But even when I offered to split the cost difference with Sean, he ate the entire amount. In my experience, most providers would have passed the cost increase along to me.Sean is very honest, hard working, trustworthy, quality and customer focused. I hope to never have a water damage situation again, but if I ever do, I would not hesitate to use Sean again.

Very professional company. They acted fast and were very thorough in the inspection of my home after hurricane Ida. Besides the visible damage from water intrusion, they found hidden moisture in the walls and insulation with their advanced thermal imaging equipment. We had a water leak around our fireplace...from the ceiling to the floor...He could’ve quoted us a lot to kill the mold and restore the area, but he was very honest and told us that we would be better off replacing the wood instead. It cost him a lot to come out to our house....instead of taking advantage of an opportunity to make money, he was totally honest and lost money on us. Very trustworthy.
