We hired RJ Construction back in February for restoration needed on the church. The service rendered caused us to believe that they were all in and we rated them as five stars. We had been given a deadline to complete and that date expired which cost us even more money. The dates of repair just kept being moved out later and later. And now we have an unfinished church fully paid for and a secondary contract only putting a deposit down for additional work as well! The carpeting, the wall repair, the pulpit railing and all of the doors are things left undone, plus you have our keys. We’re not sure what is happening because no one is responding to emails, calls or text. Robert please do right by all of the customers that have been left out behind whatever is happening to your business. I was giving up hope to ever find a good customer service oriented construction company. My bathroom remodel was a disaster and let's not talk about the kitchen remodel. BUT, I pointed my finger (well, looked on Google) and saw the good reviews and called R J-Construction. WOW!!! They have restored my faith. I had a small project, well, maybe not to them. ANOTHER construction company came and put up a patio cover attached to my house. DISASTER. R J Construction came in and made it look like a masterpiece...seriously! They cleaned up what the other construction company did and turned it from eye sore to freakin' awesome!! Construction guys were efficient, gutter guys were brilliant and painter finished it and made it warm and appealing. Don't bother with anyone else. Just call R J-Construction.

I had to replace my roof on my home during a very difficult time in my life and didn’t need yet another task on my hands but Travis and Mark took such great care of me and my home and every lil detail this job needed. And was so patient and understanding when I needed to move the install dates a few time due to rain coming into my area. We got RJ constructionsnumber from another neighbor who had stormed damage as well. When Trent came over to explain the process to me he made it seem very simple. Any time I had a question all I had to do was ask him. It was a very seamless transaction we had our roof and our indoor repairs taking care of and done in a timely manner. He handled the insurance company paperwork for us. My insurance company even made comment of How quick this project was moving and how other customers were still delayed and having problems. We hired RJ for a home renovation project. They left halfway through the job and have been completely unresponsive since. I understand they are filing bankruptcy and not paying their employees. The crew hired to do our project stole materials from our worksite and only returned them after threat of police involvement. Robert, you should be ashamed of yourself and if people like your foreman Rudy Zambrano are who you choose to represent you, no wonder you are going out of business.

In 2020, RJ Construction completed two projects for us. First, they repaired/replaced our roof, fixing a leak from our chimney. Second, they also performed a complete kitchen remodel, which included many other updates to our home including new flooring, a small addition, covered patio, and more. It’s been a few months since all the work was completed, and we’re still thrilled with the results. Our 40+ year-old house feels like a beautiful new home. We were pleased with all the people who came to work on our home during this process. All were courteous and professional, and the quality of the work is top notch. RJ Construction did a beautiful job with our renovation. We had extensive damage from a burst pipe during the February 2021 ice event. Danny Targonski and Gerald Reeves were there with us every step of the way to address any questions the insurance adjusters had. And Casey Ross managed the project from demo to completion. They all made the process as seamless as possible. The new flooring and and completed kitchen looks absolutely stunning. I will no doubt be calling RJ for any future projects.

Known Danny a long time, he's a great guy so I reached out to him to help me with my recent roof problems due to a past hail storm. He helped me thru the insurance claims process and made sure someone was there when the claims adjuster was looking at my roof. Shane made the financing process easy and got me the best roof for my money. Kept me up to date on my project and was on site to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. They got the roof done in a single day. This company has amazing credentials and I was blown away by the level of professionalism/service.Side note: almost the next day after they finished the job we got hit with a bad hailstorm. We are restoring a 1925 Prairie Style Home in Dallas. Our roof had been hail damaged and needed replacement. My husband and I were introduced to Robert Jordan at RJ Construction and it was our best luck ever.RJ coordinated our insurance inspector, made shopping for a high quality impact resistant roof a real lesson for us, instead of a sales job. When the project started , the crew was ready to go at 7AM and didn't quit until dark. Every evening the job site was cleaned and upon completion every nail and piece of old roofing was gone. I began with RJ Construction several years ago when I needed a new roof and had a leak. They did an incredible job on my roof and fixed an issue that I had for some time that no one ever discovered.When they moved into remodeling, I got an estimate for some bathroom work and that led to the remodel of 2 bathrooms - tile work, vanities, tile and plumbing.A few years later, I decided a major change was needed in the kitchen. Granite kitchen and bar tops along with new sink, plumbing and backsplash.Then, a couple years later, I wanted to lose carpet and some flooring and wood tile the house, paint and update. I was more than pleased with the result.Last week, I called about some construction I needed on the front of the house. Estimate on Saturday and the guys just left my house today - Friday - work complete and done above and beyond as always.RJ is always honest, dependable and provides superior workmanship in every area of a home. We were looking for a trustworthy Contractor to handle our exterior remodeling project for our home, and RJ Construction was reccomended to us by another local company that has always treated us very well.After getting multiple bids for the job, we finally made the big decision on hiring RJ Construction to handle the entire scope of our exterior remodel, and we are so glad we made this decision.Travis Chrystie met with us, and was very knowledgeable, punctual, and friendly. I was introduced to RJ construction through a friend for help with a flat-roof leak on a brownstone in uptown. Previously, I had 4 roofing contractors, the original builder and ultimately a $4000 engineering report, all attempt to repair the leak unsuccessfully.Robert’s crew found the leak within 20 min. Educated me on the cause and the repair process and had an estimate in my inbox before the end of the day. The work was completed on time and under budget the same weekend. The most impressive part, I asked Robert to come back twice to make some minor cosmetic adjustments to satisfy the HOA; the requests were completed without hesitation or an additional charge- despite it being additional to the original quote.My experience with RJ Construction was exceptional. We have a contract with this company for a roof replacement. The contract was organized with their Lenexa Office on Widmer Rd. Funds have already been dispersed.Last week when we followed up we were told that the Lenexa office had been closed. Several days later (after many attempts to contact the company, which is headquartered in Arlington, TX) we were contacted by their Production Manager who assured us that the project would proceed. Materials were to be delivered Friday the 29th and the work was to be performed the following day (today).The material did not arrive. We called the production manager and were told that although the company had received the funds the owner had not purchased the materials and so the project was/is in limbo. Attempts to contact the owner or the main office have been fruitless.

I want to thank Robert Jordan for helping us get our roof replaced and the great job his people did on the replacement. Our roof was 25 years old and had been hit by numerous storms but each time I had a roofer look at it they would say, "you've got some damage but not enough that an insurance company would replace it". All of our neighbors got new roofs over the years but ours just kept getting with age storm after storm. Finally Robert came out and looked at it and told us he felt confident our insurance would give us a replacement. He met with the adjuster and sure enough our claim got approved. Robert was a big help! The new roof is great and his guys went above and beyond repairing the flashing around our chimney and skylights and replacing the decking in 9 places.If we ever get hit again RJ-Construction will be who we'll call.

Had a bad problem when RJ Roofing was doing a reroof for me. This company really came to the rescue for me. My insurance company refused to cover something they found in my roof and the owner of RJ Roofing just happened to be out inspecting their roofing jobs. Robert Jordan is the “man.” We recently experienced a situation with a flaw in the GAF shingles. Our house was under contract in the selling process so we needed a quick solution.Robert was on top of the situation from start to finish. He answered every phone call we placed to him and if he didn’t have the answer to our question immediately, he searched until he could respond back with the information needed. His tenacity and dedication to perfection was impressive. As closing neared and no word from GAF, anxiety was high, but again Robert pulled through. He gave excellent advice for us and our realtor along with his personal service. A solution was reached the evening prior to closing. The next morning, Robert texted me a photo of his crew working on the roof. By 2pm that afternoon, we had a new roof completed so that we could close as scheduled. This was the 5th roofing company I had out to my house. I needed a repair and every other company acted like it was a complete waste of there time if I wasn't going to get a whole new roof. RJ Construction quoted me a reasonable price for the repair and was here bright and early Monday morning to do the work.
