Unless you want to blind side back around trucks into the dock door, back in from the street. I arrived 1 day early, they didn't unload me but they were kind enough to allow me to drop my trailer in a door. The gates open at 5am but the 1 unloader comes in at 7am. The staff was friendly & it took about 2 hours to unload me. They're A-ok in my book. There is a lot across the street were drivers park. It does have a "no trespassing" sign so park at your own risk.

Unnecessarily tight dock. Definitely not made for a 53 ft trailer and sleeper. Have to almost jackknife just to set up a sight side. Had 9am appt got in door at 10 and the unloader just sitting on his forklift wasting my time we don't get paid by the hours our time is prescious hope I never have to come back.

Truck drivers delivering here be aware, it doesn’t matter what time your appointment is, seems like everyone has the same appointment. Furthermore, it doesn’t matter what time you got here, they will pick a BOL randomly from the stack and then unload that person first.

Awful customer service. To be honest, we’ve only shopped here because we’ve had no choice but front office staff treats you like they’re giving you the stuff for free, when you are actually paying for it, they always have an attitude and it seems like they hate their jobs and the customers.

EXTREMELY SLOW. Everybody there seems to hate their job. Zero customer service and very unfriendly. I absolutely despise going there. The Plano location is a way better. Either way, ABC products are waaay better and the people are much more friendly and competent.

I recommend it only that they should learn to treat people and even more so if you are their client, you have to beg them to serve you. They come alone. Those who are not Hispanic treat them well. I think they should change their policies. Only one lady was the one. who wanted to help me just for her I give her 5 stars
