Our roof, gutters and fence were damaged by hail. We hired Matt Beasley with T Rock Roofing & Construction to do the work. Matt was very professional and responsive in all of our interactions. He made it easy for us as he handled all the phone conversations with our insurance, and all companies involved.T Rock Construction also handled other issues we had with replacing 6"x6" cedar post on our back deck and some brick and mortar repair around our faucet. Damon and Rachel are truly helpful about anything and everything when it comes to roofing. Earlier in the spring my neighbor was getting her roof redone due to hail, and Rachel came over to tell me that they were going to be roofing and making noise early the next day, as they were doing with all of the neighbors. This eventually led to Damon coming to check out my roof for hail damage, something I expected I probably had since it had been at least eight years since my grandmother had a new roof put on. After about of month of doing research with roofers around the area, and talking with my neighbor who said T-Rock was the best group of roofers she'd worked with (she told me she's put on about 4 roofs during her lifetime), I reached back out to Rachel and said, "let's do this" and we did it. Damon had me be on the lookout for roof colors I may want since I didn't want to go back with the previous color, and Rachel would send me emails with various pictures of shingles. Rachel took care of everything paper and insurance related, from the initial insurance inspection (which Damon and Rachel were there while the inspector did his thing), to the back and forth conversations and payouts with the insurance rep. Their crew worked super fast, tarped to protect any landscaping, and cleaned up looking for anyway wayward nails which hit the ground. Damon and Rachel came by afterwards and did another round of sweeping for nails and checked up on how the roofing went. Gutters went up less than a week later, and Rachel was always in touch on when they were coming out. Once I received the final payment from the insurance company, they stopped by again to make the money/warranty exchange, and Rachel has randomly texted me just to follow up and make sure all has been well. Damon is very knowledgeable about all aspects of roofing and answered all of my questions about what kind of shingles to use and vents and alike. During the Texas freeze, my pipes froze, busted and flooded my house just as I had gone into contract to sell. We know T-Rock through Bob Nankervis and have worked with Bob since Summer 2016 where he has supported us with Roof inspection, minor repair over the years, and removal of existing non-used Satellites and related cabling and hardware. We have had nothing but stellar service with the teams he sends or from Bob who clearly shows his experience when he does the work himself. We turned to Bob when a major hail storm in the Fort Worth area did its job on our roof and gutters, there was no question at the time who we would have gone to. The decision was a solid one and Bob walked us through every step of the way with our roof and gutter replacement and worked directly on-site when the insurance adjustor was present and when the T-Rock crews were doing the work. Patience is his virtue where he assured to accommodate our case in the specific location it is having to deal with wind from several directions and assuring us with physical examples of what he had installed on our home.
