Impressed within five minutes of meeting Sam. I told him I wanted a quote on installing new gutters on our home and installing gutter on our new patio. He looked at our gutter , and stated, “ You do not need new gutters. Now that is real honesty. He did provide a quote on the patio. It was very fair.He did an excellent job installing the gutter. These guys were great! Samuel came by to measure for me and show my color options and gave me an estimate. He was able to schedule in a week and got my whole house done in an afternoon. They did an excellent job and now I have my drainage issue solved

Sam and his family did such an amazing job on our house. We had gutter guards that were trapping dirt and debris in the gutters and basically rotting them from the inside out. Sam replaced the rotted sections, cleaned out the ones that were salvageable, added gutters where we didn’t have any and desperately needed them, and installed new gutter guards all around the house. It looks like a brand new house! Then today we came out to see he had surprised us with a custom painting! All around outstanding experience and we will be recommending him to all our friends.

Could not have been a better experience! Samuel and Joel were both great to work with. Our home was built in 1966 and evidently has never had gutters. It has odd-angled fascia, plus we had specific requests about downspout placement and water barrel related modifications. They listened to all our concerns and were very accommodating with-out being pushy. Came back ASAP for a minor adjustment. Stand-up guys that care about customer satisfaction.

Sam, owner of The Gutter Service, is all-deserving of the 5 stars. My wife and I are very pleased with the price & service provided. In addition to cleaning our gutters and installing leaf guards, Sam went above and beyond by re-adjusting some gutters that were not sloping properly. He also installed a new rain spout in the front to address water pooling (a real mosquito trap). He has an old soul personality and was a real treat to talk to and work with.

I hired this company to install gutters in two areas of my home that were missing them. They are not responsive and ignore your messages for days even after multiple are sent. Recommended an additional service, then ignored for a week when I tried to get it scheduled. Only responds when you say you will have to go with another company. Very disappointed and unprofessional. I spoke with Sam yesterday 4/20/2021 and he said he had 2 more houses to go to and then would be by to give me an estimate; he requested I text him my address, in which I did...he never showed up and I even text him again with no response....I guess he does not need the business...that's not how you act if you want new business or to keep future business! Very disappointed!I text the info to the same number you told me, which was the same number I was talking to you on....I dont believe you didnt get the text....if that was the case, why didnt you call me back on the number I called you from...you knew you were supposed to be coming out!!! Any excuse is better than none!!

Sam and his crew were very professional and expert in tearing out old gutters and installing new 6" gutters with leaf guards. The job took longer than anticipated but the rain caused the delays. Sam stayed on top of the situation and got his crew to continue to work until the job was completed. His pricing was more than fair and less than his competitors.
