Due to the recent hail storm in Athens, TX we called Richard Gallo at Silver Line Roofing to inspect our roof to see if we had hail damage. We had called Richard because our neighbor and our pastor highly recommended him. They said that he was local and very reliable. Richard quickly responded to my call and inspected our roof the next morning. Richard said they we definitely needed our roof replaced and asked that I contact our insurance agent and ask three questions 1) did we have an actual cash or recoverable depreciation policy, 2) do we pay the full deductible amount or only a percentage, and 3) do they offer a discount for Class 3 rated shingles? These questions were very helpful to me in understanding my insurance policy. I found that my old roof would be depreciated, but the depreciation would be returned to me. Richard fit us into his schedule very quickly and within 2 weeks we had our beautiful new roof installed. His roofing team was exceptional! Also, since we had a new roof and Silver Line Roofing installed Class 3 shingles, at no extra charge, I received a reduction in my homeowner’s policy of $855 and a premium refund of $470 from my insurance company. In April 2023 I submitted a claim to my insurance company for roof damage from Hail and interior leak. The insurance company came out and inspected my roof said there was no hail damage. I contacted two roofers to inspect the roof. They both verified The roof did have hail damage.. silver line roofing, Richard presented pictures, and submitted an opinion to me i filed requesting a different inspector which was declined, as well as my request for roof damage. Richard., with silver line roofing company came out, repaired the area that was leaking at no upfront cost.. Richard advise me about a company that would advocate for clients that were declined a legitimate claim for home damage. I made contact with the company in September 2023. They submitted forms giving permission for them to represent me.. Within 2 days after submitting the request my insurance company inspector contacted me. He was 15 minutes away and would like to come inspect my roof.. After inspection he presented pictures showing roof damage from hail. My claim was approved and I’m getting a new roof courtesy of silver line roofing.. Richard thank you for so much for advocating for me . I needed to hire a roofer to tighten the bolts that had gotten loose on my metal roof of my house in order to keep rain from seeping in the roof.
