James Kate Roofing is awesome! They were very professional and even those people that installed our roof. Very hardworking! They made sure to put protection on our pool and plants and really cleaned it well! Dillon and Wesley are amazing!!!! They understood my situation and finish the job right away .This is the second time that I used James Kate Roofing and the work is always fantastic! Highly recommended them to my neighbors and close friends. Thank you guys so much!

Benjamin was our project coordinator and he was fantastic! We had a new roof and gutters put on. They went out of their way to put our roof on in 2 days since we were going out of town and it was raining a lot! We appreciated so much!They went out of their way to help us, do an immediate install job for us, and walked us through the entire process. It was done on time. Everyone was so helpful.

I would like to share my grandmother's experience as she really dont understand all this modern technology. Lol. She hired Benjamin McNelis through James Kate roofing. He was very professional and kind to her and her needs on her home. He went above and beyond what other roofing companies have done for her in the past. He walked her through the whole process step by step, kept her in the loop from start to finish. He even helped her remove some decorative plates from her wall to make sure they wouldn't fall and break from the vibration of roofing. She is happy her roof is fixed and that it looks great. Shes called me every day for the past 4 days to praise Benjamin and his experience. Thank you James Kate for employing a guy like him. I highly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing a roof. I'll be calling them when my roof needs done for sure.

I loved dealing with Dustin personally! He answered all of my questions and even took me outside to show me houses around me with different shingles so I could get a better idea of the colors. I do wish the crew had started earlier each morning (as in 7:15 rather than 8:15 or later) so they could have done more work before the heat set in but overall, I am impressed with the work done and the ease of doing business.

Excellent service. We had damage due to a satellite dish falling and taking shingles, etc. with it. Help, rain is coming! We called and within 6 hours the roof was repaired, saving us further damage. So grateful.Dustin was so polite and professional. A wonderful company.
