had been to my property to provide me an estimate to replace my roof 0n oct 14 2023, after spending one our of my time and repeating how good they are and 5 star they are, he said that he willsend me the estimate cost of repair, to this date dec 4 2023 have not, did contacted him 3 times during that time, no respond.disappointment all day way.

This whole experience was phenomenal. The team handled every aspect of the process and made this so easy for me. I was most impressed that after my initial call to make a claim, the Affluent team took over interactions with the insurance company and I had a 17 year old roof replaced with a brand new roof at almost no cost to myself. The roof is great, they made this so easy and everyone was extremely polite and professional. Could not have been a better experience.

Brian Krpec was excellent to work with. His crews were on time and responsible throughout the repairs to our upper deck. The scope of work needed to be amended after the project started, and Brian was available to follow up with and confirm the schedule of work. Sometimes we needed to address issues with the crew, and Brian or a lead crew member followed up on this regularly. After the repairs were completed, there was a small issue where the gutter needed to be adjusted, and this was handled right away, which we appreciated. There were no extra charges added to our original bill/estimate. The upper deck looks great now and is waterproof.
