Mark and his crew did a great job with our sunroom. They poured a new foundation for the sunroom and extended it to make a patio as well. Communication was good. They were flexible and quick. It’s been a year since they finished and it’s still looking great. They also replaced the roof and installed ridge vents and that is looking great too.

We hired Mark and his crew last summer to put a partial roof over our patio. We came up with a solution together that worked aesthetically and sensibly. He even managed to find us the perfect skylight so we could still enjoy looking up at the stars from our hot tub. The whole build was beautifully done! We were so impressed by the quality and efficiency that we hired them to come back to build a gazebo, and then later for a roof replacement. His crew is very easy to work with, and he really wants to make sure you will be happy with the end result. I hired Mark to replace my rotting wood patio with concrete. I had three quotes including Mark's, but All Good stood out for me due to several reasons:- Didn't call me (a young female homeowner) "Mrs." or assume I had a (nonexistent) partner. Treated me with respect and never questioned my knowledge.- When he came to my property he mentioned his company did other things. I started listing off some other projects I needed, but he stopped me and said "let me do your patio first, then you can decide if you want me to do the other things based off my work". Wow! Didn't upsell me a single bit and stood behind his work from the beginning.- His quote was not only on the lower end, but included ensuring the existing metal roof was properly secured.He was upfront with me when costs changed, and even honored my budget when the project ended up going over due to the dump fees associated with removing the wood from my old patio. The folks he used to pour the concrete were quick, communicative, friendly, and thorough. Most importantly the finished product is AMAZING!Do note that Mark prefers to keep things old fashioned- including printing and mailing the contract and using checks to pay. Totally fine with me, especially considering the excellent work. Thanks Mark + team for the new patio!

I hired Mark and All Good Roofing to demolish my old patios, pour two concrete slabs attached to my house slab, build new covered front and back patios and install a new roof in late 2020 and couldn't be happier with the result. These guys scheduled the jobs out in a predictable and consistent fashion and have many years experience with this kind of work. They showed up on time every day and did exactly what they said they would do, while incorporating some minor changes along the way to the designs. They tied everything together perfectly to look like new construction. My house has been amazingly transformed. Very disappointed. This was my second roofing addition by AGR. It's a very nice structure, unfortunately it was not built to the contracted design due to some miscommunication with their foreman. The cover was supposed to provide a 1 foot overhang on all sides of the deck, but I was short changed on the front and back sides. They offered to place a gutter system on the back side to mitigate rainfall dripping on the deck's surface, which is not what I wanted, and does not solve the shortage on the front of the deck. It's not what we discussed, it's not what we agreed to, and it's not what I paid for. The crew's clean up protocols are also less than desirable. I continue to find roofing screws, bottle caps, scrap metal, and saw blades scattered about the work site.AGR made a mistake, and all their efforts to date to correct it have fallen short of my expectations.6 Month UpdateAGR continues to drag their feet on resolving this dispute. Their communication has been reactive and comprised largely of excuses and finger pointing. Solutions were promised and when pressed for delivery met with more excuses and finger pointing. The original structure had only two requested design elements, posts were to be set at all four corners and spaced equidistant, with the cover to provide a 1-foot overhang on all sides of the 16x24 deck. After explaining my requisites, Mark had to edit his field notes to reflect a final agreed upon length of 25’. The field notes were not correctly transcribed, a mistake of an amateur. The attached image files better demonstrate the shortcomings of the final product.I reiterate that this is a nice structure, and it will most likely last for a great many years. This was a simple problem to resolve, and I am very disappointed that Mark refused to make this right. I may cautiously recommend to others, but I will not use AGR for any of my future projects.

Mark and his team added a covered patio (new concrete and shingle hip roof) to our home. It looks just like original construction, which was exactly our intent. All of his subs were respectful, competent and efficient. Total project time was about 2 weeks - others were quoting 6-7 weeks at double the cost. I’m not an expert but did my research and didn’t observe any corners being cut. Any issues or questions we had were quickly resolved / explained / answered. This was a high quality job for a great price. I’d recommend Mark and his team to any of my friends or neighbors.

Mark and his team worked on a backyard porch addition that we've been contemplating for multiple years. Having gone through several remodels at our house we've had both positive and negative experiences.Mark and team completely reset our perception of what exceptional work could look like. The project scoping and quoting process went smoothly with Mark responding quickly regardless of the number of "new" items that cropped up. The quote was the least expensive of the three we received and the final billing was exactly aligned with the initial quote.Jose and his team were amazing, working non stop morning to evening, explaining what steps he was taking as the project evolved, and recommending alternatives based on their experience to my, at times, fairly feeble suggestions. At no time did they suggest that I go in the house and let them work on the project accommodating my support in the construction.I can definately say, without reservation, that Mark, Jose and his crew far exceeded our expectations on the porch. As a side note we've used Mark and his team on a subsequent project - the results were the same.

Excellent! They re-engineered the entry way to our front door, and covered 16’x30’ of our front deck. It was originally designed having a walkway with external house walls on both sides, but no roof. I suppose to let daylight in.All Good built new roof over the area, and a new ceiling beneath that. The wood deck cover joined at that point.They visited twice to do their free estimate.. the second time bringing their expert to ensure feasibility. They had the best quote, started on time, did status updates with me, finished on-time, and cleaned up the area. We even used their painter for the deck cover framing. He has an A+ BBB rating and high marks since 1997.The recent 1 star reviews from accounts with fake names and clearly untrue comments have bothered me so I’ve been moved to write this review.His work is great, he will handle any complaints personally and work with you with your property goals. Don’t let 1 star reviews with fake names move you, someone definitely is trying to poach his business.

All Good Roofing is an excellent company. Mark and Monica were very professional and friendly. Mark personally assessed the situation and gave me a reasonable quote. I accepted their quote and within 2 days my roof was repaired. Thank goodness because that weekend was the ACL flood of all times. My area received 12 inches of rain in a few hours and I was dry! They saved my home and gave me a very peacful nights sleep. 5 Stars in my book - Thanks All Good Roofing and Additions!
