Mitigation started on the next day of the walkthrough and crew was knowledgable, courteous and professional. We are looking forward to working with them on the reconstruction process as well. The expansion tank on my water heater decided to spring a leak on a Friday night. By Saturday afternoon, these guys were all over my house setting up for water damage mitigation and drying out my 2nd floor. Very responsive, easy to work around, and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend for any of your water damage mitigation needs! They're coming back to finish the interior, drywall/paint/etc once the insurance comes through. I have no doubt that will be as great as the mitigation!

They came out within hours of me contacting them and Danny worked very hard and late into the night to set up all equipment necessary to dry out our home. We were also going out of town, but they did a fantastic job taking care of my home while I was out of town and prevented any further damages. I would highly recommend James & his team. They provide professional service and take care of their clients. They are very proficient with dealing with homeowners insurance and working closely with them so that you don’t need to worry about those headaches.

He responded within 24 hours of our call to a water leak in our home and took charge of the situation and had everything pretty much under control within another 24 hours at most. There's "fun construction projects" and "not so fun construction projects". I had a significant water leak in my house the day after Christmas, which lead to one of the "not so fun construction projects".I needed a tear-down, a few days to dry everything out, and then a rebuild. Working with James at AllDone Construction was amazing. I initially got an estimate through my insurance company to have some storm damage repaired and it was a very low estimate for a repair.James went to inspect the roof and informed me that a repair would only cause more damage and the roof needed to be replaced. He provided an estimate and dealt with the insurance company directly. The process was slow, because the adjusters were never satisfied, but James was persistent and never let down.I'm very happy with the work he did, and his dedication to see the project through. I was referred to James from AllDone from a neighbor after our kitchen/ dining/ laundry got flooded. Although he was out of town that weekend, he was able to send someone the same day to help assess the damage and provide us with some fans/ dehumidifiers until they could come back the next day to demo anything that was damaged. Granted this was during the Memorial Day weekend so I was eternally grateful that they were able to help us so quickly. We first worked with Christian and Hector, who helped us with the initial demo and guided us with filing a claim. Danny then took over and made sure to check up on us every day to check the moisture in the concrete and walls until they were all dry. The entire time they always kept us updated on what was going on, called to let us know approximately when they would arrive, explained everything that we didn't understand, and were so kind and respectful. We are also hiring them to reconstruct everything that was damaged. Everyone we worked with along the way has been so professional and kind so I would highly recommend them if you need someone to help with your construction needs!

We hired AllDone to tackle a few items for us -- replacing some electrical & plumbing fixtures, refinishing cabinets, and soft wash of our house and deck. They did a great job. We worked with Christian, who was incredibly responsive and communicative - letting us know status and timing of our projects. Christian worked with our schedule and was very accommodating to our moving timelines, and I felt they were priced very fairly.
