This was a big and invasive job with people in and out the house for a week and a half. The PM Diego and his crew were awesome! Diego is super polite and communicative, and the entire crew was respectful. It felt like a super skilled team, and we love the outcome!!

My installation pitch went as expected and was much easier than the 2 hour one I received from another company. It probably lasted no more than 30-40 minutes, which they were able to provide me an estimate with out measuring my windows. They scheduled someone to come out to measure but this ended up being rescheduled 3 times. First no one showed up, and I called. Second they rescheduled but had a last minute emergency and 3rd they brought the actual installer out to measure.It took about 3 months for the windows to arrive which was normal, but they had 2 wrong sized windows. I’m not sure if they were measured wrong or if the manufacturer messed up there. One of the windows is an arched window which is clearly not the same window as the original one. None the less, I wasn’t told this until the very end of the install that two of them will need to be reordered.We were given a day they’d start install but and said they’d arrive at 7:30am, but when 10:30am came around, I finally called to ask where they were. The installer said they were running late and would arrive after lunch, due to this, they’d have to finish the days work pretty late but didn’t give a time. Unfortunately we made arrangements that day to make this all happen. We all agreed it would be best to start the next day instead, bright and early at 7:30am.The next morning comes and they didn’t arrive again until 9am. Completed the lower half of the house (6 windows) with 2 people. And left at 2pm. They’ve informed us that they’d be here earlier tomorrow at 7:30am and will have 4 workers.Next day they arrived at 9am again with 2 installers.The install took 2 days (we were told one day) total. Caulking inside was not double checked until I inspected and asked to redo some spots. Even after they left, I personally recaulked some areas. The outside was done pretty sloppily. Given the frames were against bricks, the installers didn’t use painters tape to caulk which resulted in very sloppy caulking (see photos). The areas that don’t have brick but has wooden wall, had vinyl snap trim only on some of the windows but not consistently on all.Ive let them know the issues, now we will see if they will get around to improving the work due to feedback. Will update rating based on my interactions with the company and installers.Service: Double pane window installation & replacement

We had an excellent experience with Allied Siding and Windows. Tim was our salesman and Diego ran the construction crew. Both men as well as the crew were very polite, professional and did a wonderful job with our project. We had windows, sliding glass door and siding replaced. They also replaced the skirting. It looks beautiful! We expected them to be here for 5 days and the job was complete in 4.

How I wish I could go back in time and use literally ANY other company to replace my windows. Allied continues to be a headache for me a year and a half after installation. It began when a team came out and mismeasured each of my windows, causing them to have to spend two full days recutting the spaces to make the windows fit (leaving behind the damage in the first two photos. And before they come back and comment with some excuse, that damage was NEVER fixed, that's how they left the finished project to this day.) In addition, I, a 24 year old girl who doesn't work on windows for a living, sent in some sketches to give them rough measurements and instead of looking at literally any other unit in my complex or following instructions to match based on the HOA, they went ahead and ordered everything based on my rough sketches. So now, I'm left with bedroom windows that don't match any of the units because they don't have grids on them. I've since had three companies come out to give me estimates (all in the thousands of dollars) who have all said that any quality company would have noticed the difference and at least spoken to the customer, much less order anything based on a notepad sketch. I've also since been told that none of my windows have the correct tint to match the building and I now have the only greenish windows in the building. The last quality photo I've attached is the windows they put in on my porch. No one but me noticed that the windows have DIFFERENT GRID PATTERNS. Had I not come home and noticed they were going to leave them that way. I am still trying to get my windows fixed because of this company's complete disregard to details and am constantly reminded how inferior they are by all of the other companies coming to fix their mistakes. In addition to this, I had the complete displeasure of working with Tim Nash to even get them to own up to one single mistake, which he refuses to do. He is truly one of the most rude people I've ever given my business to, and I very much regret doing that. Spare yourself and go with ANY other business.Service: Window installation

Tim was our salesman, and William was our foreman. Tim is not at all a pushy salesman, and there was no pressure to purchase anything. They had been recommended to us by someone from a different entity who had the same team work on his home. Allied has been around for years so we felt the warranties they offered would be available for years to come. They also use quality products. We chose them to put on our new siding, eight new windows and a sliding door within the siding, gutters, and expand our patio across the width of our home. William is a meticulous and talented carpenter/Jack of all trades. His crew was also very talented, helpful, and kind. They worked hard sometimes for 12 hour days in the middle of the heat wave we had this summer, yet they never just packed up and left at the end of the day. They cleaned up every single day they worked. They never left a mess in their work area. They also treated all of my belongings with thoughtful care when they had to move them. They lost nothing and broke nothing. When they came inside the house to install the windows, they carefully covered everything in plastic, and in my cluttered house that’s not easy to do. There was no mess left behind. They worked quickly and skillfully. We watched the entire process as William guided the crew through the window installation, and it was obvious they were very well trained. The one day that we actually had a thunderstorm, they hustled and got the house weatherproofed before the rain came. We have had a lot of different work done at our home all summer long by various different companies, and I can say 100% that William and his crew were by far the most considerate and careful around our property. Tim and William were accessible throughout the project when we had questions or concerns. William worked with me to get some difficult fans installed and synced and also worked to help correct some things that a previous contractor and our home builder had not done well. They were extra things that were not his to correct or fix. He could have left them that way like some contractors probably would, but he wanted the job to be done right. We wouldn’t have known for years to come, but he always came to us, pointed out any concerns, and then came back with a thoughtful solution. The end result is as close to perfect as it can be. Our 20 year old home looks brand new, and we couldn’t be more happy with it all. We are finally enjoying a backyard living space after 20 years of living with a 10x10 patio. I can say that I miss seeing William and his crew everyday. They were all so sweet. I would recommend them and also have them back to do the rest of the windows within the brick some day when we want to tackle that project. These photos ARE in the middle of the project BEFORE they covered the horrible workmanship with chalk!!!! This is a siding company nad the siding WAS FINISHED, all that was left was the painting. Anyone can see the poor work. If you think poor cuts and misaligned trim is acceptable hire Allied. The painter used tube after tube of chalk to cover the gaps!!!!! 2 days after they finished the job my entire electric service fell off the house. I was lucky there wasn't a fire. I was on the roof to clean gutters and found large sections unpainted!! It clearly states in warranty that Hardy MUST be painted after installation. The crew came back after I complained about large gaps still noticeable and smeared more chalk everywhere and never came back to paint over.

First the good.The construction crew and their leader Diego worked hard and did a great job with what they had.Now the bad.The communication from the company and specifically Tim has been awful! We signed a contract and paid 10% down, 9 months ago to replace all of our windows and siding.First, no one measured our windows. The first assigned construction crew leader didn’t when he came out to see the job and neither did Tim when he gave his sales pitch. I had to ask Tim if someone else was going to measure the windows. The two construction guys came back and seemed confused on why they would need to come back and measure. Time started passing by and we reached out to Tim multiple times to get updates. He would say I’ll get back to you and then he never did. Months passed and we asked for updates. Tim would give us one excuse after another of why we hadn’t heard from him or why it was taking so long. But we had to always be the one to reach out for information. Finally, we got the call two weeks ago (8.5 months after we signed the contract) saying our windows were finally ready and install would start the following week. Yay! The siding and windows were dropped off on Wednesday morning and the crew was to come Thursday. I looked through the supplies dropped off and quickly realized that almost a dozen, that’s right 11 windows were not here. I immediately contacted Tim and he was surprised and said he thought they would all be there. Come to find out they were never made, for who knows what reason and three windows were never even ordered because Tim didn’t put the order in. So now the installers had to remeasure all of the missing windows and they are supposedly going to be ready three weeks from then. That should be two weeks from today. My sales rep gave a Great presentation. It was professional, not pushy, informative. Left me feeling like I could trust the company and the product. (I hope that’s true). All in all if they do a good job and I don’t discover I could have got the same thing for 3000 less I’ll be happy. In fact due to the sales guy I plan to have them replace my Windows and maybe redo my kitchen.

It’s difficult to believe this is the same company many others are speaking highly of… My experience with Allied Siding & Windows was very different. The initial consultation for window replacement and pricing was fine. On the day of the scheduled install, we received a call from Allied saying that there was a miscommunication with their supplier and the windows were not available yet. This was disappointing because we had taken the day off work and prepped the house for install. We even verified the install date the week prior. Fast forward about a week and our doorbell rings early in the morning. It is the window supplier with our new windows. There was no notice from Allied that the windows were being delivered that day. We end up having to reorganize our garage and storing the windows there until the install could be rescheduled. The actual installation was fine but one of the windows is missing a screen and the installers damaged our wood floor in the living room. I understand things can get damaged during install but this was upsetting because we were not notified of the damage. We found the damage ourselves after the installers had left. I have notified Allied of the missing screen and floor damage but no action has been taken to date. I am giving this business 2 stars because they were the low bid and provided flexible financing options.UPDATE - The owner of the company reached out directly to resolve the floor damage and missing screen issues.Service: Window installation

We used Allied to power wash our white limestone home and they did a great job! No damage to the stone, the workers treated the stains multiple times to make sure they came out, and were very nice to work with. Paige (who coordinated everything) was so great and super responsive to all my questions. Would highly suggest their services.
